How the left frames an argument has no consistency. They will argue things from opposite directions in order to make their opposition look bad.
The New York Times wrote about John Christy, a professor of atmospheric science at the University of Alabama. He was demonized for believing, from a scientific standpoint, that global warming is neither settled science nor the imminent disaster that progressives are presenting.
He knows climate models can’t mirror the past or come close to actual measured stable temperature over the last twenty years.
Environmentalists portray him as a roadblock to a disaster that “might happen”
Oddly, Obama and his minions won’t respond to disasters that actually “are happening,” such as the crisis at the US-Mexico border, where children are drowning in the Rio Grande if they survive the dangers of traversing Mexico.
This is no theory. It doesn’t take a computer model to suggest it “might happen.” It’s happening to tens of thousand of children from Central America, now. They are in danger, now; distressed, now; catching diseases, now; dying, now.
Interviews show that 80% are leaving home because they think their chance of staying in the US is higher, not because of worsening conditions in their country. Most children don’t choose to leave their families.
Securing the border can address this disaster, now, but Obama would rather spend hundreds of billions on the “maybe” of global warming rather than protecting the country from clear and present dangers.
Obama is failing at protecting the sovereignty and stability of the nation. He is not just neglecting to protect US citizens, he is dumping bus loads of illegal immigrants in their cities unannounced.
He is not showing any true compassion for the children. He doesn’t even want to look at them. He knows they are “undocumented Democrats!”
