Twisting Chrisitanity

"I've noticed a trend for Christians to submit to "political correctness" (PC) such that they sound more ameliorating. Society has labeled us "haters" although Christianity is about two things: love and obedience. Love is what we do to show our appreciation and obedience is what we do to show that we're serious about our love! (John 14:15).

Why did God make rules? Why do we have God's Law? It's a metric to measure our love!
Galatians 5:14 (ESV) "For the whole law is fulfilled in one word: 'You shall love your neighbor as yourself'.”
Then we can go one step further! Why should we love our neighbor? That's how we demonstrate our love for God!  Loving another person without honoring God is humanism. It's the cancer which drives PC! The Greatest Commandment couples loving others with loving God. One can love people with all their heart, but without loving God, they are hell-bound! The first three of The Ten Commandments are about loving God; the latter seven about loving others. If any one of the commandments is broken it's as if all are broken!
James 2:10 "For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all."
Hence, loving others without loving God is in violation of Commandments 1-3.  Loving others alone doesn't pass the muster and without repentance and belief, that love, from God's standpoint, is in vain! True, it helps us coexist, but it isn't a godly love.

PC uses God's Law as an exercise in defining the secular concept of "hate". Whereas from scripture, "hate is merely the absence of love", from a secular standpoint "hate is the failure to tolerate another's sin"! As a consequence, Christianity is the enemy because true Christians adhere to righteousness, or the absence of sin to the best of our abilities.

Christians, because they "love", but hate to be accused of "hate", acclimate themselves to the false definition. The Bible is not about "toleration", but about "obedience".  Why have The Bible?
2 Timothy 3:16 "All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:"
"Reproof and correction" have negative implications: to reprove and correct,  people must be sinning!  They are doing evil things as standardized by God. God makes the rules! Because we don't like his rules doesn't make God wrong. It makes people rebellious! Christians who tolerate sin are rebellious. People who reprove and correct are doing what they are supposed to do! Society and the PC Police call this reproof and correction "hate". Out of fear of being "haters" and persecuted by the PC Police, Christians, even preachers, twist God's will and bend it to the extremes of society!

The most oft misquoted scripture is "Don't judge me!" It's taken from the following verses:
Matthew 7:1 " Judge not, that ye be not judged.
2 For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.
3 And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?"
The definition of "not" is clear. However, "judge" has a continuum of meanings all the way from "opinion" to "condemn". Since later scripture says that we're not to "condemn" then this scripture means "Don't judge harshly!" Looking at verse 2 it's clear that we are to judge and we also will be judged. That's The Golden Rule!  In order to reprove and rebuke we must judge the heart of the other. However, before we do that, we're to clean up our own act! (verse 3).

Today Christians fear reproofing and rebuking, even teaching; because God-haters label those who do as "haters".  We are to get in our own Christian imprisonment and are to mind our own business according to them, whereas God tells Christians to share gospel with the world. Like it or not, saving others from sin is what Jesus is all about. He died to do that, yet we aren't supposed to even tell a person about sin!

The world of Christianity is twisted. We have become "haters"; even many Christians accusing others of hate because we reprove and rebuke. All the while these same truth-twisters tolerate Satanic Islam and humanism, which is so "loving" that it even accepts Sharia Law and decapitation. After all, who are we to decide how others are to behave? (sic).

I would say "Go ask your preacher for truth!", but most preachers no longer preach truth! They are just too afraid of being called haters and losing those "loving" humanists sitting in their pews! After all, success for a preacher, is the number of dimwits sitting there believing all that they hear without testing it to scripture!
1 Thessalonians 5:21"Prove all things; hold fast that which is good."
Let's test an example: "We should not criticize homosexuality because none of us are without sin."

What does God say about homosexuality? It's an abomination! (Leviticus 18:22). That means it's a sin which is disgusting to the Lord. No it's not the only one, but it's called out as reprobate. (Romans 1:28). That means unless there is repentance, the homosexual is damned.

Notice from 2 Timothy from above, does not require the teacher of the word to be perfect, but merely teach truth from scripture. It must be done in a loving manner! (Galatians 5:14 above) which is "judge in a manner that you would want to be judged" (Matthew 7:2)

Therefore, those who profess that condemning homosexuality as wrong and are "haters" are twisting Christianity. Jesus is about love and punishment! Jesus will judge the dead and to some he will say "I never knew you!" (Matthew 7:23).

The ultimate in love is telling them about Jesus and them being born-again. To do that they must feel sorrow, repent and have faith. Without telling a person of their sin, how could they possibly feel sorrow and repent? It can't be done! When Christians call homosexuality a sin, they are showing the ultimate love if they do it out of love and concern for their soul! Those who tolerate homosexuality have false love; it being "hate" concealed as "love" by Satan, the deceiver!

It's imperative that Christians who twist Christianity be aware of their own victimization. They have been deceived just as Eve was in Eden!
Matthew 24:24 "For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect."
If you are twisting Christianity, and you're a Christian, this is you for "the very elect" are those who are Christians, but deceived Christians!  You've got to keep testing everything by Scripture, folks! You listen to the world and you'll believe what they believe and do what they do... and be destroyed right along with them!
