GETTING INTO YOU

 The following is another blurb from my new book, The Arks of Tubal-Cain, and it is about how either God or demons get into you:

ITS IN YOUR MIND

The point is that salvation is not an emotional thing or even a spiritual thing. The Spiriual Thing is the outcome of a logically considering the alternatives. First, the thought must come, and by grace, God supplies the thought. What is that first thought? What would have Adam wondered? What is death? He wanted life but failed to think through what he was doing.

In the same vein, what do you need to consider? This thought from the lips of Paul inspired by God to say:

(God) appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of Himself, and as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment, so Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for Him shall He appear the second time without sin unto salvation (Heb 9:26-28) 

Pfffffftt! The divine spark is this: You will mortally die. What shall you do about it? Look for Jesus for salvation. What shall you do? The logic is that you should look for Jesus however set is your mind. What must you do? Put that set mind on the Cross, and that God offered there to bear your sins.

Why should you die? Because you are alien to God, not his son by adoption (Ephs 1:5). Why would God adopt a rebellious son? He’s not lazy, but he knows how set your mind is on doing whatever you please to the point that it is instinctual.

The hardest thing you will ever do is to work out your salvation, but now is the time for that! (Rom 13:11). It is done in God’s time; we cannot select the time that truth sparks in our minds. You can control your thoughts but not the initial spark. God is in control!

In eastern religions, demons get into your mind by Yoga -- you in union with the unknown.
