THE BLOOD AND WATER

Now we will examine what Jesus meant by the water and the blood.

We begin with the blood. Blood was always the sacrifice in times past until Jesus came.

(Christ Jesus in) whom God has set forth to be a propitiation through faith in His blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God. (Rom 3:25)

A “propitiation” is a means of pleasing God. In times past it pleased God to have the blood of innocent sacrificial animals sprinkled on the alter. It pleased the Lord God to sacrifice Hs own blood. God came in the flesh to be the perfect sacrifice once and for all, about Jesus it is written:

For such an High Priest became us, who is holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners, and made higher than the heavens; who need not daily, as those high priests, to offer up sacrifice, first for his own sins, and then for the people's: for this he did once, when he offered up Himself. (Heb 7:26-27)

Note that in Romans 3:25 above the phrase “for the remission of sins that are past.” Past sins are two-fold: (1) sins by you until now or (2) inherent, or genetic sins because of the original sins. Since Jesus died for the sins of everyone for all time, the best bet is that “past sins” are the original sins that reside in all human being because of their genetic makeup from Eve, the mother of all living.

The blood sacrifice is for the remission of original sin. In that case, Jesus shed blood, not only for yourself, but your kind, including Adam and Eve.

Since both the man and the ground are Adam, then when Jesus shed blood onto the ground, the sins of Adam were remitted as well as yours. No longer can we blame Mrs. Adam for making us the way we are since Jesus justified them as well.

As such, we cannot blame our genetics and must take responsibility for our own sins. Neither can we blame Satan because the blood of Jesus weakened the blood of the Wicked One in all mankind. The Devil is no longer the “father” of anyone who has “tasted” the blood of Jesus.

When Jesus died, Satan and sin were defeated (Ephes 6), and no longer can you blame Adam, Eve, Cain, or even Satan himself. The blood of Christ placed entire responsibility on you, and Jesus took your sins to Hell on your behalf: “His own self bare our sins in His own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes you were healed. (1 Pet 2:24).

Although healed, many choose to remain sick. Playing sick is easier than facing consequences. Just as children skip school to avoid education, people neglect the Word of God to remain ignorant. Ignorance of the Word, or even the meaning of it, does not excuse us! If you fail to look at sin in the eye, then only for you, sin does not exist. You have eyes to see but do not see and the same goes for hearing with our own ears.

Therefore, Jesus shed His blood to put your sins on you, and then He took them from you and put them onto Himself. No longer can you blame Satan or Eve; and it pleases God to carry your sins on His back, just like a tame camel takes person known to it on its back. Indeed, with Jesus in Paradise, but His Holy Ghost is here, the Holy Ghost is the “camel.”

The blood of God got you atop the camel, so to speak, but the “camel” keeps you there. The footprint of the camel is the Hebrew letter gimmel.  The footprint indicates that there is a camel on the path. The track is evidence of the camel.

Paul wrote to the Romans about the concept of the camel’s footprints:

The invisible things of Him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse. (Rom 1:20)

“Him” is the Hebrew letter yod — Yahweh. Yahweh was the beginning of the Creation. The “Invisible Thing” was the “camel,” or Holy Ghost, represented by the missing camel.

How can the camel be seen? By the footprints. It is evidence that a camel exists, and so it is with the Holy Ghost.

The Holy Ghost also leaves a “footprint” by the things it does. The “footprint” of the Holy Ghost is understood by its dynamics, or virtue — the Power of God (the Hebrew letter aleph, or el).

Out of the belly of Jesus would flow living water (John 7:38). Some saw the Holy Ghost leaving the bosom of Jesus when He gave up the Ghost. Some did not. How would they know?

(Only) when they came to Jesus, and saw that He was dead already, they brake not His legs, but one of the soldiers with a spear pierced His side and forthwith came there out blood and water. (John 19:33-34)

Most people know that blood is blood but fail to understand that blood is the vehicle for genetics.

Most people know what water is but fail to understand that water is the vehicle for the dynamics of God.

The blood was blood, but what was the water? Was the “water” the clear fluids from the entrails, or was it living water? You choose. If you choose wisely, then you are savvy because it was by both blood and water that a person is saved.

This is He that came by water and blood, even Jesus Christ; not by water only, but by water and blood. And it is the Spirit that bears witness, because the Spirit is truth.

For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one, and there are three that bear witness in earth, the Spirit, and the water, and the blood: and these three agree in one. (1 John 5:6-8)

The water is the Spirit that bears witness of whom? As Romans 1:20 indicates, the Spirit, or living water, bears witness that Jesus is God — that God was there.

“The Spirit is truth,” as it says. The Spirit is evidence that God is reality as much as the Body of God proves that God is real. In other words, the actions of the Holy Ghost — God Still With Us — is evidence that God is as real as when He was here in the flesh.

How can Yahweh be seen at the present time? By the things that He does. What is Yahweh doing for mankind since Jesus is in another realm/ Bearing witness of Jesus by the things that He does. Jesus said, “I will pray the Father, and He shall give you another Comforter, that He may abide with you forever” (John 14:6).

The Comforter would do what? Take care of Christians. The Comforter, as it turns out, was delivered soon after the Person of God ascended.

The Comforter is the “Garment of God” to keep Adam’s kind safe, as in the beginning: “Unto Adam also and to his wife did the Lord God make coats of skins and clothed them” (Gen 3:21). That ‘Comforter” was not The Garment of Adam but the “Substance” of God Himself.

The Hebrew word translated “skin” is ‘or, spelled ayin – vav – resh. Ayin represents watching, vav represents both the Messiah and mankind, and resh, wickedness in this case.

Indeed, God expelled Adam and Eve from the Garden but provided for them the Comforter. They could no longer see God because their bright eyes were dimmed, but they understood that God was with them as the Name “Immanuel” means.

The Comforter may have been The Garment of Adam but the “Substance” was God Himself covering them with safe-keeping until the appearance of God in the flesh.

The letter vav is a placeholder for the Messiah. Adam and Eve were covered by the coming Messiah who came on the sixth “day” (5500 years later). [1]

In other words, the hope of salvation by the Messiah kept them covered, and they were covered for sins that were past (i.e., the sin of Adam — the woman).

The blood is blood with its genetics from Eve as the mother of all living (Gen 2:24). The sinful genetics of Eve was canceled out by the flow of blood from God Himself.

What else flowed? Water. It was not the physical water that was soterial, but the Living Water that erupted from the belly of Jesus as He gave up the Holy Ghost.

Yahweh had clarified the blood of all Adam’s kind who would “drink” of it without vanity. Next was for Yahweh to put “coats of skin” onto those who drink of His blood.

Jesus said it best, “Whoso eats My flesh, and drinks My blood, has eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day” (John 6:54).

That is not communion when taking of the elements but consuming the actual blood and other “body” of Christ — His “memory” (Luke 22:19).

Remember the camel from before? Its tracks are a memory of the camel even though the camel is not there. The drinking of the cup and eating of the bread represents the missing Person of God. Jesus is still here in memory, and that “Memory” is not the wine but the “Living Water” from which the wine was made.

Jesus made wine from water, and it was appreciated, “When the ruler of the feast had tasted the water that was made wine, and knew not whence it was: (but the servants which drew the water knew;) the governor of the feast called the bridegroom…” (John 2:9).

The two substances were clear water and dark wine. The former represents the Spirit and the latter the substance. However, there is a third substance that goes unnoticed, and that is the Power of the El that made the transformation. The Aleph, or El, is the “Living Water” but it is not a physical substance but the Power of Virtue. Virtue is “dynamos” in the Greek, meaning that Living Water is the Dynamic of God, also called the “quickening Spirit” (1 Cor 15;45).

Jesus remains with us in quickening Spirit. It is that Dynamic, or Power (Aleph) of Yahweh that keeps us safe, and is the “Comforter.”

Noah found grace (Gen 6:8). The Book of Jasher relates that was the “Garment of Adam.” Noah, according to that source, found grace in the womb. Noah had on the Power, or Dynamic of God. However, soon he was seen naked by his son Ham.

True, there was a coat that symbolized the Garment of Adam, but the real “Garment” was the Quickening Spirit of God on Noah in a shape than looked like a coat. Ham took his coat, but He could not remove the real Garment, remembering that the invisible is as real as the visible.

Only Noah could have removed the real Garment of God, and that remains true to this day. God will never leave nor forsake you (Heb 13:5), but unfortunately, you may forsake Him (Heb 6:6).

When Jesus ascended, He left His “Coat” behind for our Comfort. That coat has the authority and power of Jesus even though Jesus is not there in Person. The Holy Spirit is the “Living Water” and the camel represents that invisible substance. The hump inflated is the evidence that water is there for life to continue, but once the hump deflates the water of life is no longer there. In other words, the hump and the water within its fat is evidence that life-giving water is available.

What should a person do? The camel is prone and you the dominant one; all you need to do is to ride the camel even though you can’t see the animal.

A blessing from God is Him literally taking a knee to you for you to rely on Him for safe travels. Camels do that for real as well!

There you have it: the blood is for the remission of sin in your genetics so you can’t blame any other, and the water is riding for the duration on the back of the invisible “camel” for “He that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved” (Mat 24:13).

So, you can’t see the camel? If you can squint just right, you can see the camel kneeling before you, and all you need to get on the camel without mistaking the Beast for it.
