THE STORY BEHIND IDOLS

The story of the gods of Terah, the father of Abram, is not specific in the Bible but revealed eloquently in the Book of Jasher:

30 And Abram viewed them (twelve great idols and many lesser ones), and behold they had neither voice nor hearing, nor did one of them stretch forth his hand to the meat to eat. 31 And in the evening of that day in that house Abram was clothed with the spirit of God…

33 And when Abram saw all these things his anger was kindled against his father, and he hastened and took a hatchet in his hand, and came unto the chamber of the gods, and he broke all his father’s gods. 34 And when he had done breaking the images, he placed the hatchet in the hand of the great god which was there before them, and he went out; and Terah his father came home…

36 And Terah entered the room and found all the idols fallen down and broken, and the hatchet in the hand of the largest, which was not broken, and the savory meat which Abram his son had made was still before them.

Terah asked Abram, 42 Is there in these gods spirit, soul or power to do all thou hast told me? Are they not wood and stone, and have I not myself made them, and canst thou speak such lies, saying that the large god that was with them smote them? It is thou that didst place the hatchet in his hands, and then sayest he smote them all?”

Abram asked his father, 43 “And how canst thou then serve these idols in whom there is no power to do any thing? Can those idols in which thou trustest deliver thee? can they hear thy prayers when thou callest upon them? can they deliver thee from the hands of thy enemies, or will they fight thy battles for thee against thy enemies, that thou shouldst serve wood and stone which can neither speak nor hear?” (Jasher 11)

Terah had made the idols. They were not gods at all because Terah was their creator. They could not do anything!

Abram created the illusion that the major god had destroyed the others, but Terah was wise enough to see the fallacy in that; he knew that he had alone had made the gods and they could not do anything. As such, Terah realized that he was worshiping the works of his own hands, and they were nothing now but rubbish.

It was not even Abram that broke the gods! The Almighty God was responsible for that because Abram was given the inclination and courage to reveal the façade. It was Jehovah God who broke the idols because, “Abram was clothed with the spirit of God.”

Note that God had clothed Adam and Eve with His “Coat of Skin,” indubitably His Holy Spirit within the new flesh of the two (Gen 3:21)

Noah had also found grace (Gen 6:8). Surely, God had put the Garment of Adam onto Noah, as Jasher acknowledges  because He was the “Second Adam.”

Therein, Abram found grace, and he would be the “Third Adam” and God would correct mankind for the third time.

Abram received the Spirit of God because he was courageous enough to tear down the greatest idol of them all — the Tower of Babel which was three days walking distance in circumference (Jasher 9:38).

Abram survived the high temperatures of the kiln, a fiery furnace, and came out unscathed. It was surely therein that Abram was clothed with the Spirit of God that was impervious to the flames of the brick kiln.

The King James version seems as if Nachor and Terah lived before the flood, but Young’s Literal Translation (YLT) clears that up:

2 And Joshua saith unto all the people, `Thus said Jehovah, God of Israel, Beyond the River have your fathers dwelt of old -- Terah father of Abraham and father of Nachor -- and they serve other gods; 3 and I take your father Abraham from beyond the River, and cause him to go through all the land of Canaan, and multiply his seed, and give to him Isaac. (Josh 24:2-3; YLT)

It was not before the flood that Terah was a sinner, but beyond the “River” — the Euphrates River in Ur where he made idols. Then God took Abraham beyond the River to Canaan land. Therein, God began a new civilization, not in the land per se, but with Abraham king of another realm way beyond the River in God’s mystical Paradise.

There are at least two meanings of the word, “Hebrew.” It either comes from Eber, son of Salah, or it means “beyond the river.” The latter seems more contiguous.

With that said, perhaps not only is Abraham a “Hebrew” in a genetic sense but also a mystical one. Since Abram was regenerated as Abraham and he was King of the Promised Land, the ultimate Promise was for Paradise in another realm, and not Paradise on Earth, at least not until the apocalypse.

That Abraham is King of Paradise in heaven should make sense in that “Abraham’s Bosom” (Luke 16) is in the heavenly Paradise! Perhaps, therefore, according to Enoch, beyond the River is actually in the Third Heaven wherein there is Paradise. In essence, therefore, the gulf between Hades and Paradise in the Third Heaven is the Hebrew, or the righteous, “land.”

Was Joshua mystically referring to Canaan land or was it Heaven of which he was speaking? I believe he was referring to another realm and that the world they were in is the place of skin and idol worship!

Abraham’s Bosom is otherworldly. Therein nothing is cosmic in the sense that there are material things, but things of another substance.

Just as the soul is the invisible substance of mankind and flesh the visible, there is another realm of invisible substances which is known for Revelation; and it has dimensions.

In effect, when Abram destroyed his father’s idols, he was vicariously destroying the world of Terah and Nimrod, and forthwith God sent Abraham to another world, so to speak. He resided in Canaan, but his kingdom was in Heaven — Abraham’s Bosom. In a sense, Abraham was the “Third Adam” but at his death, he was Adam, not in the Garden Paradise on Earth but the ”Plantation” in Heaven, as the Essenes called their perfect habitat.

Note that the Essene Community was at the Dead Sea and they lived an aesthetic life as if they were already in heaven; even without marriage and such as the angels in heaven. It seems that the Essenes created a heaven on Earth in much the same manner as Abraham had long before, and they meticulously obeyed the Law.

(Several times, I used the word “essence” by coincidence, but indeed the Essenes did only the essential things without any elaborate things at all. “Essene” means “the modest ones” and essentialities are what the modest ones required.)

There were no idols in Qumran because it was a dead place to live. Israel is believed to be the Garden Paradise for many reasons too numerous to mention, but the Dead Sea was pretty much austere with no beautiful things there to worship.

Lot, the nephew of Abraham, chose to live in the Garden of God in Sodom and near Gomorrah. Lot, the son of Haran who burned in Ur, chose beauty over solace that Abraham chose. As such, because Sodom and Gomorrah were destroyed, the Dead Sea swallowed them up.

The Essenes chose Sodom and Gomorrah as well, but only after God did His thing with them by burning them.

The Essenes chose the Way for the “Teacher of Righteousness;” possibly Jesus? And they did so in the renewed world adjacent to the Dead Sea. They were still on the River of the Garden — the Jordan River — like Paradise, but there “Paradise” was void of any beauty to tempt them, in contrast to the beautiful Tree of Knowledge (Gen 3) in the Garden.

The Essenes were preparing the Way for the Teacher of Righteousness. They were also preparing their vision of Paradise. What was John the Baptist doing?

1 In those days came John the Baptist, preaching in the wilderness of Judaea, 2 And saying, “Repent ye: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand. 3 For this is He that was spoken of by the prophet Esaias, saying, ‘The voice of one crying in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the Lord, make his paths straight.’” (Mat 3:1-3)

The Way of the Essenes was without any consorting with idols or even the unjust. Their lives were focused on the coming of the Messiah — Him of which Isaiah spoke.

He came from the “wilderness” of Judea. A place of desolation specifically. He surely came from Qumran. There they had prepared a place for the Lord as if Paradise would be on Earth , yet misunderstanding that Paradise was in Abraham’s Bosom in another realm.

Ironically, John knew that, and his job was to prepare the real way for the Teacher of Righteousness!

John may have been an Essene, but God prepared John for the Way. The angel of the Lord told Zacharias of that preparation:

“For he (John) shall be great in the sight of the Lord, and shall drink neither wine nor strong drink; and he shall be filled with the Holy Ghost, even from his mother's womb.” (Luke 20:15)

While the Essenes were preparing the Way for heaven on Earth, John was preparing the Way for Jesus’s realm in Heaven. If he was an Essene, his way would be much better!

The Essenes seem to have drunk only new wine… just grape juice, according to theologians. John would forego even that pleasure. He was even more austere than the rigid Essenes.

When Jesus came, the foremost topic was that sin was in the flesh. The solution would be for the Holy Ghost of Jesus, by grace, to shield their fleshes in this world in preparation for the next world. The Essenes were preparing themselves by denial and works for Paradise that the Father in Heaven was already doing with the coming of Jesus. Not by coincidence, Abraham was their “Shield” until the “Comforter” would come.

Jesus voided the notion of idols. The Essenes avoided things that the flesh craves, but Jesus came in the flesh as the Ultimate “Idol” to worship because the Hebrews always required idols of some sort; as idols were in their genes.

An invisible God was enough for Abram, but his germline still required idols — not ones that were motionless like Terah’s and without personality, but the very animated (virtuous, dynamis) Person of God Himself!

Abraham knew the Law of his kingdom. It would not be the ascetic law of Moses nor of the Essenes but the Law of Love which fulfilled all the Law.

Now you should know why not idols and why God came in the Flesh.

IMPORTANCE OF THE THIGH

God, never using the vulgar, is always polite in speech; hence, “loins” mean much more than muscles in the backsides of the torso against the backbone.  Peter stood up and explained the Lord God to the crowd at Jerusalem:

30 Therefore (David) being a prophet and knowing that God had sworn with an oath to him, that of the fruit of his loins, according to the flesh, He would raise up Christ to sit on his throne; 31 He seeing this before spake of the resurrection of Christ, that his soul was not left in Hell, neither his flesh did see corruption. (Acts 2:30-31)

First off, the Soul of Jesus went to Hell but was not left there. Since Jesus gave up the Ghost at His death, then the soul of Jesus looked like Jesus and His Holy Ghost would have been in bodily shape, just as Like wrote (Luke 3:22). Ostensibly, the “Soul” of Jesus freed Judas from the tree from which he hang, and the Soul of Judas burst forth (Acts 1:18).

As will soon be presented, the “Soul” of Jesus was visible to some as the Soul of Jesus was to Jacob long before.

Judas had Satan enter into him before he betrayed Jesus and died because of it (Luke 22:3).  The Soul of Jesus released Satan and then it seems that Jesus deposited Satan in Hell since he hung himself in Gehenna — the “gateway to Hell.”

Ironically, Jesus had the “backbone,” in today’s vernacular, to defeat sin and Satan, whereas nobody else could have done that! The “backbone” of Jesus was His “firm and resolute character” (Merriam-Webster, Inc. 1982), or His Soul.

That the flesh of Jesus never saw corruption implies much. He never sinned, and hence Jesus never died in the sense that He decayed. Jesus was immobilized in body but not in spirit. His body was asleep, but His Soul was restless, doing many things the days He was in the tomb; He accompanied Dismus, the repentant thief, to Paradise that day, and delivered Satan to Hell almost immediately.

The nature of Jesus was from His Father but his backbone from David. David had the backbone to kill Goliath because he depended on God and not himself. As such, Jesus was the Son of David — “the son of man” — and at the same time, the “Son of God.” His flesh was the flesh of David and His Soul the Holy Spirit of God.

As the son of man, Jesus was of the gens of David, and of course, was legitimate heir to the throne of David. He was born a King.

As the Son of God, Jesus was born LORD, not just as lord but the “LORD of Lords.”

The oath that God had sworn to David was how He reproduced. Jesus was the Promised One and He was born as King of the Promised Land. God, the Father, creates by Thought. He thought, then commanded, that Light come out, and Light came out. No type of activity is required for God to reproduce, and time does not constrain Him. God breathed life unto Jesus the moment that David received the oath of God. “How so?” you ask.

Jesus was put into the loins of David at the oath, or Promise, of God. In the genealogy of Jesus, Jesus is of the genes of David (Mat 1.) That genealogy is there to validate that the Promise had come true; that Jesus is the Son of David, and as such, Jesus had the right to the throne of David.

On the other hand, in Luke chapter three, the genealogy passes right on by David and ends with Jesus as the Son of Man (Adam) and the Son of God (the Father). Jesus was in the loins of Adam as the first man, “The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit” (1 Cor 15:45).

As the “last Adam” Jesus was both the Son of God and the Son of Adam (mankind). His gen is of both God and man.

Adam received the Promise seed as well, even Eve, “Unto Adam also and to his wife did the Lord God make coats of skins, and clothed them” (Gen 3:21).

Coats (kutoneth) therein are coverings, taken to be some type of garment, perhaps a coat. “Skins” is from the root “laid bare” (‘ur) and from the noun (‘or) — “skin” or “hides” (ibid).

With that said, before, they may have been “naked” in the sense that the two were without worldly flesh, but by grace, God covered their guilty souls with animal flesh and made beasts of them on the same order as the other animals, but still with living souls. Hence, Adam was both the Son of God and the son of man in that he had both a soul and flesh.

The Books of Adam and Eve validate that conclusion. The two were in a fallen state, and flesh was that substance. God gave to them the same oath that He gave David, “GOD said to Adam, ‘I have ordained on this earth days and years, and thou and thy seed shall dwell and walk in it, until the days and years are fulfilled; when I shall send the Word that created thee, and against which thou hast transgressed, the Word that made thee come out of the garden and that raised thee when thou wast fallen’” (1 A & E 3:1).

The coats of flesh were likely the graceful covering once their fallen state became apparent. It seems that before then, Adam and Eve were as the angels (also called ‘elohim) but afterward of the flesh. The flesh was required to exist in this realm outside the Garden Paradise.

The Word Jesus was planted right there in the world in the fleshes of Adam and Eve, and as the “last Adam” Jesus was made perfect as Adam was now lacking in character with his glorious nature gone.

As the “last Adam,” then Jesus would repopulate the world but not with human genetics but Divine. He was the “last Adam,” and not the “second Adam” as some say. There were many “Adams” in between; others being Noah and Abraham. All those of the Covenants were the “Adams.”

Jacob was the offspring of Abraham. He was another “Abel” to Abraham’s “Adam.” Abraham, like Shem before him, replaced Abel as the righteous son.

Jacob carried the oath as well as Abraham and David. Jacob wrestled with a “man” who turned out to be God in the flesh. Jacob prevailed for the moment, but then, “When He saw that He (the Man) prevailed not against him, He touched the hollow of his thigh; and the hollow of Jacob's thigh was out of joint, as he wrestled with him” (Gen 32:25), and soon after, “He (the Man without a Name) blessed him (Jacob) there (Gen 32:29). Jacob became the new man, “Israel” and it was the seed of his altered loins that were carried down to Jesus.

The “hollow of Jacob’s thigh” implied something else. Just as Abraham’s servant swore to find a wife for Isaac by putting his hand under Abraham’s thigh (Gen 24:9, that action was swearing an  oath. In like manner, Jacob (Israel) became part of the oath and the Angel of God with whom Jacob wrestled did that to Jacob. He became part of the oath for a Savior.

The disjoint of the hollow of the thigh was polite talk for changing the genes of Jacob and he became the new creature, Israel. Jesus — that “Man” — passed His genes into the loins of Jacob, making him one of the many “Adam’s” in His genealogy.

To this day, Jews celebrate that act, even though they have no idea that Jesus endowed Jacob right then with His Divine genes, and as such, Jacob was “born again” when his he was engendered from the Man from above.

Why all the genealogy in scripture? Because the Promise of a Savior was genetic. Once the Savior was born, then genealogies became worthless (Tit 3:9), as anyone could be regenned just for trusting God! No longer were the loins so important because regeneration was again by the “Living Water” that God breathes into those who trust Him.

Now you know why Jesus disjointed the thigh of Jacob. It was an oath for a Savior from his loins. Several hundred years later, Mary passed along those Divine genes from Jacob to Jesus and God came forth from her womb.

Finally, after all those years, “Adam” was exonerated because His germline, Jesus, propitiated for all the “sins that are past” (Rom 3:25) from the first Adam down to those of His day.

Any sins that Adam, Noah, Abraham, Jacob, or David had done were covered by the blood of Jesus. It would not be Jacob who prevailed (Israel) but the Angel of God, Jesus, Himself.

MARVEL NOT: Born Again?

Nimrod was set on building a tower to heaven; the “great hunter” would hunt down God on God’s own Estate.

Abram of Ur refused to obey the king as well as his father, Terah. The Book of Jasher, mentioned several times in scripture, says about that, “The man who revileth the king should be hanged upon a tree; but having done all the things that he said, and having despised our gods, he must therefore be burned to death, for this is the law in this matter” (Jasher 12:5)

Because Abram was against the king (Nimrod) he deserved hanging; albeit because Abram despised Terah’s and Nimrod’s gods, the law was that Abram be burned to death.

Not by coincidence, the tower was to be built, not on a high mountain where the righteous visited their gods but on the plain of Shinar (Gen 11:2). Why build a tower on a plain when a mountain would suffice better and maybe one as high as the tower itself?

Well, it turns out that Nimrod had a kiln, ostensibly for making bricks: All that were there said in one voice, “If it pleases the king to do this, let him order his servants to kindle a fire both night and day in thy brick furnace, and then we will cast this man (Abram) into it. And the king did so, and he commanded his servants that they should prepare a fire for three days and three nights in the king's furnace, that is in Casdim; and the king ordered them to take Abram from prison and bring him out to be burned” (Jasher 12:6).

As a sidenote, “tower” in Genesis 11:4 has a root gadal — “to make great, powerful’ or “to be brought up.” The translation of a “tower” is iterated from those descriptions. In that they were on level ground on a plain should add to that translation.

The English in 1611 would have no idea what a rocket is. Any fool would know that a tower could not reach heaven but maybe a castle fueled by a powerful engine might! Was Nimrod building a tower toe heaven or a Flintstonian-type spaceship to challenge God in space warfare? (Interesting to wonder about but not imperative to the subject at hand; that they were about to burn Abram in a fiery furnace… and perhaps to send him directly to God!) The tower never left its launch-pad but Abram did.

Everybody, rich and poor, powerful and common, men and women, and even the children came to see Abram a burning. (Jasher 12:7-8) (Or perhaps to see the castle launch.)

Abram was and had been a king for quite some time, and Nimrod laid claim to Abram’s throne; “Our sovereign lord, surely this (Abram) is the man whom we know to have been the child at whose birth the great star swallowed the four stars, which we declared to the king now fifty years since” (Jasher 12:9).

It seems that Abram was a powerful threat to Nimrod, and he was the real king, ordained by the stars, as they thought. Abram had destroyed his father’s idols and now he was about to destroy the biggest idol of them all — the tower to heaven or even a venture into space.

As it turns out, Abram was indeed a king but his realm was of another world. Perhaps Nimrod was about to send him to his throne in heaven in the furnace, whether it be a kiln or a powerful engine.

Abram was one of the few who were against Nimrod’s venture, and he was the only one that would risk death to prevent the launching of the tower.

As it turns out Abram and his brother, Haran, were cast into the kiln, and this is how it turned out:

22 And the king's servants took Abram and his brother, and they stripped them of all their clothes excepting their lower garments which were upon them. 23 And they bound their hands and feet with linen cords, and the servants of the king lifted them up and cast them both into the furnace. 24 And the Lord loved Abram and he had compassion over him, and the Lord came down and delivered Abram from the fire and he was not burned. 25 But all the cords with which they bound him were burned, while Abram remained and walked about in the fire. 26 And Haran died when they had cast him into the fire, and he was burned to ashes, for his heart was not perfect with the Lord; and those men who cast him into the fire, the flame of the fire spread over them, and they were burned, and twelve men of them died. (Jasher 12:22-26)

God changed Abram. Before he was just “Abram” — ‘ab (father); rum “to be elevated” (Abarim Pub. 2006-2022). Nimrod meant to elevate him one way, and God another. Obviously, Nimrod desire for the father of the Hebrews to cross the expanse of the cosmos and to be elevated by him. It does seem that this was not a stationary tower but a rocket to the heavens, and that Abram was to be sent there with his God to perish with Him.

Haran burned. God did not change him because his heart was not right with the Lord. By implication, Abram’s heart was right with the Lord, and although he did nothing to save himself, except rejoice, God preserved him from the fiery flames.

Something happened! Abram was a changed man. Not only was his spirit saved but so was his flesh.

God put onto him incorruptible flesh and he was thereafter a new creation. In modern terminology, the genome of Abram was improved, and fire would not even alter the carbon in his DNA. Haran, on the other hand, returned to the dust from which he came… right then.

And Terah took Abram his son, and Lot the son of Haran his son's son, and Sarai his daughter in law, his son Abram's wife; and they went forth with them from Ur of the Chaldees, to go into the land of Canaan; and they came unto Haran, and dwelt there. (Gen 11:31)

Nehemiah, years later praised God, Thou art the Lord the God, who didst choose Abram, and broughtest him forth out of Ur of the Chaldees, and gavest him the name of Abraham. (Neh 9:7)

Hidden there in scripture is something significant. God brought Abram out of “Ur of the Chaldees.” Chaldea is on the plain of Shinar where the city and tower were built. The noun “Ur” means “flame.” God took Abram, his father, and the son of Haran, as well as Sarai and sent them to another realm… to Canaan, where he was king there without any land.

Undoubted, God meant for Abram’s kingdom to be of another world because he squatted on Canaan’s land just as God said to Noah after the flood, “God shall enlarge Japheth, and he shall dwell in the tents of Shem; and Canaan shall be his servant” (Gen 9:27). Canaanites served Abraham in their land; not that he was their king but he had escaped death by fire.

It is not that Abram was from the city of Ur, but that God brought Abram out of the flame, and then, changed his name to Abraham — “the Shield” (Abarim Pub. 2006-2022).  The Hebrew “h” was added to his and Sarai’s names. Abarim explains that Hebrew “h” is silent and comes from JHWH. Symbolically, both Sarai and Abram had “God” added to their identities.

Experts say that the human DNA contains JHWG in its elements. “G” is also silent. My conclusion is that when God regenned Abram with incorruptible flesh as He will do with the dead in Christ at his coming, He changed Abram’s DNA and as the descendants of Abraham, whether biologically or spiritually, God is in our DNA as well. Abraham was both the “Shield” from the fire for them but for all those of the Covenant as well!

While in the fire, Abram’s trust for God made him a new creature in God, and as such he was “born again” and given a new righteous name; a name matching his new identity, thereafter in the image of God.

Now jump several thousand years ahead. Jesus said, “Marvel not; you must be born again” (John 3:7). Nicodemus wondered how to re-enter a mother’s womb. Long before, Abram had been born again, and regenned with new flesh, by trusting the One True God. Nicodemus would have known that, and Jesus seemed surprised that he did not, of course knowing full-well what he was not remembering.

Literally, “born again” means “engendered from above” (ibid). Abram had been engendered from above and new genes were put into every cell and chromosome of his flesh; enough that the fire would not harm him at 1800-2400 oF.

Carbon combusts at 1236 oF (Nature.com). The kiln should have sent Abram to God in flames.

Haran, on the other hand was combusted and sent to Hell because he was unrighteous and of the gens of the “fiery flying serpent” as Isaiah calls the Devil, Satan.

It should be obvious — “marvel not” — that Abraham was born again because of his faith in the fiery furnace… the same faith that the Hebrews with Moses had with the fiery brazen serpent (John 3:14).

Paul wrote about such faith, “Walk in the steps of that faith of our father Abraham, which he had being yet uncircumcised” (Rom 4;12).

What did Abram do to be born again? He had faith; so much faith that he walked around in the fiery furnace and withstood the heat that burned his brother.

Most remember that Abram would willingly sacrifice his son, Isaac, on Mt. Moriah which some believe is Calvary, since “Moriah” is not just one mountain, but the mountains of Jerusalem; which one remains uncertain.

Few know that Abram, even before the circumcision, would be willing to sacrifice, not his son, but himself according to Jasher. He did to himself what God did to Himself.

Jesus, as God manifested, went to another realm from his “tower” — the Cross. The Cross glorified Jesus just as the tower did Abram thousands of years before, and just like Abram, Jesus also took on new, glorious flesh. Jesus too, took on a new Name — “Son of the Highest” and “LORD GOD”— the precious Name that Adam knew Him by so long before, “He shall be great, and shall be called the ‘Son of the Highest:’ and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne…” (Luke 1:32).

So now you know why to marvel not and what it takes to be born again. Abram set the example and Jesus used his example on how to get to heaven.

Nimrod never got to heaven by his own inventions. He worked hard but his castle never took off.

While they all looked on, it went unnoticed, but when Nimrod was grounded, Abram went to heaven as he was born again in the flames of the fiery furnace.

Nimrod tried mightily but Abram went there by faith, and now so many dead in Christ rest in Abraham’s Bosom (Luke 16).

Abram was baptized with fire, and thus so must we! (Mat 3:11).

YOU CANNOT CHANGE YOU

Even Christians often dismiss the idea of a “Devil” because the world has made “him” out to be a caricature.  “Him” is used loosely because “it” would be more descriptive because it is the “Beast” who can shape-shift and apparently gender-shift as well. In modern terms, the Devil would be “gender fluidic” and whatever it has a mind to be.

That is based on how the Devil has appeared to mankind throughout time; first as a “Serpent” perhaps, but more likely an “image” of evil since the Hebrew word means “image.” [1]

Since Lucifer is an angel, in this world, he would be invisible. To be made visible, requires that Lucifer materialize. The substance of Lucifer is of another world. Isaiah called Lucifer a “sarap ‘up sarap” in the Hebrew (Isa 30:8). Sarap has two meanings: fiery or poisonous and seraph. Thus, Lucifer’s poison is not so much fire but evil — wickedness. Thus, Lucifer is the “Wicked One” of scripture and his identity is a seraph angel.

The Hebrew word ‘up means not only ‘flying” but “going to and fro” such as in he did in Job 1:7. That indicates that Lucifer (Satan; the Devil; the Wicked One) is not everywhere present but limited to one place at a time.

Most often, Satan is there in spirit but assumes control of a wicked person as he did with Judas. His shape became the shape of Judas in the same manner as the Holy Ghost of Jesus was in the “bodily shape” of Jesus (Luke 3:22). The difference is that Lucifer, as Satan, enters wicked ones whereas the Spirit of God entered the Righteous One as Jesus proved when He was tempted by the Devil.

Some say, “Satan got into me, and I sinned.” That’s not quite accurate. Satan got into Eve and because He did, you, just like Cain, are of the Wicked One (1 John 3:12). Hence, Satan is not in you but its “seed” is. In genetics, that means the natural born are of the germline of Lucifer because Eve is the “mother of all living” (Gen 3:20). In other words, Cain was the first born sinner and as his name means “Wanderer,” everyone is of Cain and everyone is of the Wicked One.

Cain’s genes were different than Adam’s since He was of the Wicked One, and as such, everyone alive comes into the world with depraved genes like Cain’s!

King David understood that when he wrote:

2 Wash me throughly from mine iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin. 3 For I acknowledge my transgressions: and my sin is ever before me. 4 Against thee, thee only, have I sinned, and done this evil in thy sight: that thou mightest be justified when thou speakest, and be clear when thou judgest. 5 Behold, I was shapen in iniquity; and in sin did my mother conceive me. (Psalm 51:2-5)

David realized that he did not want to sin as he was a man after God’s own heart, as scripture says (Acts 13:22). However, he sinned because his flesh was shaped in “iniquity” — depraved.

“Sin” in that context is “missing the mark.” The mark of God was Adam’s Image like God’s — he was made glorious. Sin is coming short of “the glory of God” (Rom 3:23). David was not like God because he was natural born, his image was evil. He was after God’s own Heart… to do the Will of God but the flesh is weak as Jesus said (Mat 26:41). It is weak to sin and is debased because within each person there is a poison from the Wicked One that is in the genes.

The poison of sin is not in the soul but in the flesh of mankind.

Adam was the good “plant” in the Garden (Gen 1:31) but everyone else the tares. Adam was put in a sort of “greenhouse” for him to grow along with his mate to provide for mankind hope and a future.

The “greenhouses” were coats of sin of sinless lambs (Gen 3:24). They would not die because God shielded them from the world and from the Wicked One.

Satan still pursued them as the Books of Adam and Eve reveal, but God provided continual comfort and protection from the wiles of the Devil, Satan.

As such, sinners are the “tares” that should be in the Garden Paradise but whose growth was stunted by the poison of sin. So, like tares, God cast the seed of Eve into the world and it became her garden where she would be the “husbandman” as Genesis 4:1 reveals, if studied intensely enough.

Eve missed the glorious mark of God; she was meant to have dominion alongside Adam as his help-mate, but rather than them multiplying, Eve seems to have done so with the cunning assistance of Lucifer.

Adam sinned, not by what he did, but whose voice he heeded. Without any other reasons given, God told Adam, “Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife” (Gen 3:17) that he would suffer the consequences.

Adam’s sin was that rather than heeding God, he hearkened into the commands of his wife. Right then, radical feminism was born, and one of the cardinal sins should be hearkening into the voices of domineering women. That is not to say that they cannot have a voice but that their voices must speak the Word of God and not the cunning words of the Wicked One that is imbued in them by nature.

I believe that “Lilith” was the voice that Adam hearkened to; not that Eve and Lilith were different women, but that Lilith was the demon spirit inside of Eve. Who is Lilith? You ask.

Speaking of the world to come, Isaiah foresaw its evil:

13 And thorns shall come up in her palaces, nettles and brambles in the fortresses thereof: and it shall be an habitation of dragons, and a court for owls. 14 The wild beasts of the desert shall also meet with the wild beasts of the island, and the satyr shall cry to his fellow; the screech owl also shall rest there, and find for herself a place of rest. 15 There shall the great owl make her nest, and lay, and hatch, and gather under her shadow: there shall the vultures also be gathered, every one with her mate. (Isa 34:13-15)

David was born in iniquity. He as well have said, “Lilith is my mother” because the womb of Lilith was the “nest” in which David and all mankind were conceived. “Screech owl” therein (above) is Hebrew “Lilit” or “Lilith” in the English. Lilit is a “night spectre” — a nocturnal ghost. Lilith is the “ghost” of some body, and the Spirit that got into Eve is a likely candidate, and as the mother of all living, Lilith is in us all via the mitochondrial DNA of women.

Adam was the good plant, and because of sin and the antics of Eve ruining the “crop,” mankind are the “tares” of which Jesus spoke… unless of course, they are regenned by God above (“born again; John 3:7).

Now for the point — work as hard as you can, even by the sweat of your faces, and there is nothing that you can do to change who you are! Your total identity is encoded in your DNA, and up to now, nobody but God can change who you are. All your works to change who you are, are as filthy rags to God (Isa 64:6) because Lilith is in your mitochondrial DNA. God knew genetics and females alone can transmit that genetic code.

Although you cannot change your flesh, Jesus can!

But there is now a problem. Science can change your DNA by CRISPR-Cas9. That process can cut and paste DNA to alter the genetic code, and that creates a problem; the unborn get the genetic code of the donor. In other words, like David, the new kind of being is “shapen in iniquity” in the womb!

The purpose of CRISPR-Cas9 is to improve the person and prolong life. Is that not what “born again” means? Indeed, just as the “Serpent” warned, mankind would be as God (Gen 3:5).

Just as God cast the two out of the Garden for that same reason, perhaps now, the time is near to for God to cast the lost into a world that Isaiah foresaw; “And thorns shall come up in her palaces, nettles and brambles in the fortresses thereof: and it shall be an habitation of dragons, and a court for owls.”

That is the condition of the Earth, it seems, before God makes a new Heaven and a new Earth as John wrote about in the Revelation.

Adam and Eve were removed from the perfect economy because of sin and cast into an economy of hard work that would grow thistles and thorns, and surely tares. When God has had enough of us as gods, then surely, we too will be cast out into a world with a terrible economy!

Perhaps that apocalyptic economy is the Great Tribulation wherein to be nourished will require dependence on the new god — the Antichrist.

All evil regimes (Nazism, communism, and such) are derived from inflationary economies wherein money has very little value. As inflation becomes more severe, the people should worry more because it is the sign of the end of prosperity and makes the world ripe for tyrants — the ultimate “Wicked One” who has Satan in his genome.

As I have written before (the book, Genome of Evil), whoever it is that gets the Wikipedia genes encoded within his or her DNA will surely be the Wicked One.

Wikipedia says that it has already been readied in a genetic database for some reason, and that is the only thing that seems reasonable. The Wicked One must have all the knowledge of the world at his fingertips and Wikipedia is the Knowledge of Good and Evil. It will be the “Word” from the mouth of the false Christ.

THE BEAST IN HUMANS - Part 2 of 2

Yes, sin is genetic and we all are sinners; there goes the self-esteem!

Self-esteem is the nature of lions, peacocks, and Tennessee walking horses. They are beasts of pleasure, beasts of burden, and beasts that devour.

The ultimate beast is the bull. They have one predominant purpose — to breed. Their instinct for reproducing themselves is so intense that they will jump barbed-wire fences, or try to, to answer nature’s call!

A “beast” is not only a lower kind of animal, but a kind who thrives on impulses. They are those who are so instinctual that control of their natural instincts is nearly impossible!

Paul wrote of that lack of control: Speaking of carnality of the flesh, he wrote, “If they cannot contain, let them marry: for it is better to marry than to burn” (1 Cor 7:9). Burn is “pyroo´ in the Greek. Those who lust for sex are spiritual pyromaniacs! They cannot control the burning in their own “fiery furnaces”!

Beasts are that way, so the husbandman must control their urges, not to reproduce but to relieve the libido in their bowels. The “libido” is the desire for sexual activity. Although it is psychological and sociological, it is also biological.

Biological is in the flesh, as scripture calls it, psychological is in the soul of the person (psyche), and sociological is because there are other beasts out there whose “call of the wild” is provocativeness.

Focus, firstly, on the biological. The libido is genetic and was first displayed with original sin. Another being, a rebellious angel, provoked Eve and used its cunning to seduce her. He was proud of his stuff and apparently shared his “fiery flying darts” (Ephes 6:16; Isa 14:29) with Eve who unwittingly accepted them and felt the heat within her womb, for soon, “she provided a man” (Gen 4:1), not God but her!

The libido is invisible, but it is there. It dies out in women, but for the most part, the libido in men continues until death. Paul called on us to control those sexual urges.

Because men cannot, women in this age control their urges by sacrificing their infants to the belly of Molech for their “god” to consume the seed of debased men as God said:

20 Moreover thou shalt not lie carnally with thy neighbor’s wife, to defile thyself with her. 21 And thou shalt not let any of thy seed pass through the fire to Molech, neither shalt thou profane the name of thy God: I am the Lord. (Lev 18:20-21)

“Seed” therein is progeny, or children. The “libido” is the pyromaniac inside people that to hide the evidence, Molech must consume them. The attitude of those who sacrifice their children because of the pursuit of pleasure surely think, I did not perish my child; my god consumed them to save me from the world. They delude themselves after the manner of their spiritual father, the Beast.

Rather than sacrifice themselves to survive, they sacrifice their own children. Only God has the right to do that, and He did not do it to appease Himself, but for the sins of mankind. Rather than sacrificing human “beasts” He sacrificed Himself, so that mankind need not!

*****

One of my early memories was our family cat who had littered that morning, ate most of her kittens, not that she was hungry, but apparently because her milk was not enough to nourish them all. Perhaps mother cat sacrificed most of her germline to save the firstborn and prime ones!

As a “beast,” the mother cat was more honorable than mothers who sacrifice their germlines to save themselves from the inconvenience of nourishing children. Once the dominant species, the awful thing that mother cat did was for the good of the most viable. She saved her weaklings from starvation, and that act of sacrifice was the drive to save her seed.

God has that drive as well, but rather than sacrificing his “seed,” He sacrificed His own perfect Flesh!

*****

With that said, oftentimes, the beasts are better than humans. Another example of beasts bettering men, are dogs — man’s best friend who loves without reservation.

The fire in the libido must be snuffed out or at least controlled within the state of marriage. The best thing to snuff out the fire burning is to cut off the oxygen that encourages the burn. God took care of that as well… Jesus said about His Father, “He shall give you another Comforter, that He may abide with you for ever” (John 14:16). The “Comforter” is the Breath of God that overcomes the fire in the libido. The Breath of God snuffs out the oxygen from the “Prince of the Power of the Air” — Satan from keeping the fire a burning.

The libido may very well be the spirit of Lucifer in everyone since Eve since she is the “mother of all living.” That, perhaps, is the “flesh” that must be crucified and circumcised from the heart (Rom 2:29).

Cutting off the libido and its desires requires self-control. The Comforter is always there, but He must be “worn” as a coat at all times, in the same manner that God made Adam and Eve coats of skin to comfort them (Gen 3:21) and snuff out the fiery darts of the Wicked One.

Because Lucifer, cleverly disguised as a “serpent,” or even his inner image of a seraph, God cursed it “above every beast of the field.” God made the angel a “Beast” and in the end, Lucifer is the “Beast.”

Like our father, the Devil, as offspring of Eve, then unrepentant sinners are as the “Beast” — their new master, father, and god.

So, that strong sexual desire that lies within is due to Eve’s encounter with another kind. She mothered Cain — the “son of the Beast” (Gen 4:1; 1 John 3:12), and since everyone since the days of Noah are all “sons of Cain,” then we too are “sons of the Beast.”

All those urges that men and women have are genetic and from original sin. On your own, nobody can cool the heat because it burns inside beyond the reach of any person! The only way to “cool the burn” is to wear the Comforter that is there for that purpose until death snuffs out the flaming fire.

You are not the “fireman”! It is the blood of Jesus that was pumped out from His Heart to change the world. His propitiation was for “sins that are past” (rom 3:25) — genetic and biological sins that branched from original sin.

Wearing the Comforter is not your efforts but God imbuing the soul, now empty of the libido, with His own Spirit — the Holy Ghost — Christ in you.

Fornication in the Hebrew is “zana” — “to effuse semen” (Brown-Driver-Briggs Lexicon). Not necessarily effusing semen into anyone or anything but emitting semen for any cause. Of course, nocturnal emissions are non-controllable but are considered unclean, meaning that they require water.

“Fornication,” in the Greek, is “porneia” and in general, “illicit sexual intercourse” (Strong 1890) without regard with whom or what.

Intercourse is merely that — “exchange in commerce” (Etymology 1995). Eve, for instance, exchanged in commerce with the Image (the Serpent.) Whether it was only verbal intercourse, or not, is ambiguous. Either way, commerce with other gods has always been “fornication” in Scripture, and the most available image of a “god” is the flesh (Gen 3:5).

Paul wrote, “He that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body” (1 Cor 6:18). How so? It is his or her own flesh that has commerce with the libido, or spirit of Satan.

What do beasts do? With ne’er an emotion, they answer the call of the wild. Their “natures” are to reproduce, and with what, it of little concern. Husbandmen catch semen using fake cows for bulls to provide semen for insemination of many others. Now, science even uses that technique, knowing full well that people will do about anything for the love of money.

The point is that in this day, as in the days of Noah, mankind cares little about who they come into and women who comes in them, using the vernacular of Genesis chapter six.

By the time that the Ark was finished, all but Noah had succumbed to fornication. They destroyed their own flesh just as Eve had; she had not created a “man” (adam), but perished man’s kind.

God also issued another warning; “Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination” (Lev 18:22).

An “abomination” is a “disgusting” act.

Homosexuality is doing whatever beasts do not do. They at least copulate to procreate, but people copulate to deviate! There is a vast difference, and the only way that homosexuals can multiply is to increase the number of lost souls. Their libidos reproduce in the souls of the lost, but holy souls are impossible with unnatural acts.

Back to fornication as porneia: The Greek word “porno” means a “prostitute” (Etymology 1995). “Porneia” would be activity with a prostitute. Pornographic materials are images of prostitutes, and they are ways for men and women to prostitute themselves.

With that background, Eve by having intercourse with Lucifer, prostituted herself and so did “it.” Whether it was carnal knowledge or not is debatable, but she committed fornication with the Wicked One because she engaged in his knowledge while neglecting her husband and Husbandman — God.

Adam and Eve were of the same Substance as God who breathed life in His Image unto them. On the other hand, Cain was made in the same manner as beasts, by sexual intercourse; Eve had gotten for Adam a man-beast, and not a full-blooded “Adam,”

Pornography of all types is fornication whether it is self-mutilation, homosexuality, sexual intercourse of a carnal nature, or even looking at images of women or men in wanton lust, as animals might peer at their victims.

Furthermore, the fire burns so intensely that neither you nor I can put it out by ourselves. Only by regenning by the Genome of God — the Holy Ghost — can our libidos be tamed until death frees the person from those invisible chains!

THE BEAST IN HUMANS - Part 1 of 2

Why are we how we are? That is a question for humankind. Note that the species of Adam, “adamah,” in the Hebrew, is a humane kind of animal!

The origin (etymology) of “human” is of late derivation and means “"of or belonging to man" (12c.), from Latin humanus "of man, human," also "humane, philanthropic, kind, gentle, polite; learned, refined, civilized" (Etymology 1995). Furthermore “humane” means “marked by compassion, sympathy, or consideration for humans or animals” (Merriam-Webster Dict. 1828-2022).

As it turns out, to be human, means to have lovingkindness toward others and animals; the first of which is the “Golden Rule” of the Bible (Mat 7:12) and the other, caring for animals — having “dominion” over them (Gen 1:26).

Dominion is not being the dominant species, but “rada” — but to “rule” or “reign” over them. How so? As a king would rule over a subject — with loving kindness — how God rules over His Creation as valuable property not to be used only for their work but for friendship in that Adam was the lone one of his species. Before Eve was created, the animals were Adam’s only friends.

Therefore, the nature of mankind was to be docile and empathetic!  He was to be for others what the other animals would be to him.  Wikipedia says about human nature; it “is a concept that denotes the fundamental dispositions and characteristics—including ways of thinking, feeling, and acting—that humans are said to have naturally. The term is often used to denote the essence of humankind, or what it 'means' to be human. This usage has proven to be controversial in that there is dispute as to whether or not such an essence actually exists” (Wikipedia 2001).

In other words, the species of homo sapiens (“wise men”) is not so wise! We (me included) are to be thinking, feeling, and acting, not by command but instinctively. We are to have consideration, emotions, and behaviors that are different than wild animals that are feral, who once were tame but become feral like a wild beast.

Note that some doubt the human nature is humane at all — it is an “essence” that may not exist… a permanence that has devolved if it ever existed. Science, therefore, even question whether human nature ever existed.

Scripture explains human nature very well. After finishing His good work, “God saw every thing that He had made, and, behold, it was very good” (Gen 1:31). Everything (koi) is the whole of creation, but it was not just “very good” but “forcefully excellent,” even abundantly kind — “Glorious!”

Mankind and the animals were made naturally inclined to kindness.

With sin, mankind is no longer kind; now in the image of the “Beast,” mankind is by nature feral, as they once were instinctively kind but are now instinctively feral, and so are the beasts who followed Adam and Eve from the Garden sanctuary. The other animals became feral as well because they followed the examples of their masters.

Scripture validates that some animals surely remained in Paradise and would have never died. Are there animals in Paradise? Isaiah saw into Paradise, and therein, just as in the past, “The wolf also shall dwell with the lamb, and the leopard shall lie down with the kid; and the calf and the young lion and the fatling together; and a little child shall lead them” (Isa 11:6).

Do animals repent? They need not because they were never homo sapiens but mere animals that followed their masters. Some were not so dumb after all; for many seem to have stayed in Paradise and remain there to this day. They never went feral, and because they never sinned, they never became feral, unlike those that followed Adam from the Garden.

As such, Adam was more like the beasts than the docile animals. He once heeded the Word, but just like Lucifer, he was cast out of the Garden Paradise. Man followed Lucifer from the sanctuary of God and when man became like the “Beast,” Lucifer, most of the animals became beasts like their masters.

Something got into the genes of mankind but not the animals. Whereas the animals merely followed their dominant master, man’s nature was changed with sin to the point that by now, “all have sinned and come short of the glory of God” (Rom 3:23).

Man was created in the Image of God, and with sin, their nature was edited and it became the in the image of Lucifer, called the “Serpent” and the “Beast.”

The Serpent was not a viper at all but the cunning nature of Lucifer (Gen 3:1). Adam and Eve were much the same on the outside, with a very different kind of flesh (corruptible from before, the glorious), but inwardly they were more like their new “father” the Devil, “You are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do” (John 8:44).

What are the lusts of the Devil, Lucifer? “For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world” (1 John 2:16), as John explained it.

Focus on the lust of the flesh for a moment; Peter wrote to “abstain from fleshly lusts, which war against the soul” (1 Pet 2:11).

Sacred literature, for instance the Books of Adam and Eve, indicate that the flesh of the two went from glorious with a “bright nature” to inglorious. Their flesh had been of a different substance, perhaps with the very DNA of God! [1]

The chromosomes of the species surely changed… the “kroma soma,” or color of their bodies, or flesh, became different.  Adam and Eve went from glorious to non-glorious, and lost the Glory of God and became feral along with the beasts.

God tamed them for their excursion in the wild. He put coats of skins, some say, “lambs skin,” on them, but more so, surely the “flesh” of the “Lamb of God,” Jesus. Not that they wore coats, but that the Word — Jesus — regenned them from above, literally, they were, “born again” as the English translation calls it (John 3:7).

But upon leaving the Garden, perhaps in another realm, they were cast out, not only the Garden Paradise, but perhaps their world. The Books of Adam and Eve were about the experiences in the world with Satan whose nature they still followed despite the Flesh of God on them!

The world is therefore the enemy of the soul and makes the flesh weak to its environment, as Jesus indicated (Mark 14:38).

Because sin is genetic, all have sinned, and they were brought into the world “shapen in iniquity” (Psalm 51:5). Iniquity is the presence of sin in the flesh. Iniquity is the DNA in everyone, even the unborn.

We are all born with a feral nature because it is in the flesh. It is genetic that only the blood that Jesus propitiated for “sins that are past” (genetic sins from Adam and Eve), as Paul wrote (Rom 3:25).

The first of the new kind was Cain, “who was of the Wicked One” (1 John 3:12) and was like his “father” the Devil. Since Cain was marked with an obvious feature, perhaps his germline, “there were giants in the earth in those days” (Gen 6:4); that the mark of Cain was giantism, so that he would not be killed.

As it turns out, from the Book of Enoch, there were Grigori giants in the Earth in those days, and they were angelic beings with very different “flesh” and “natures,” being supra-natural.

Because blind Lamech could not see that Cain was a giant, and was his own progenitor, Lamech killed Cain, according to Enoch.

Cain, the murderer of Abel, had passed down his murderous genome to his germline and his own “seed” killed him. Lamech had the nature of Cain whose name even means “Wonderer.” Cain’s nature was a free-range beast who would kill with impunity for his horrid flesh just like the animals who they soon could kill for meat.

Man, in his glory, was not a meat eater, but herbivorous, but God gave up on the “beasts,” knowing full-well that they craved flesh by nature any way they could get it.

By now, the very nature of man has the craving of flesh in it. For millennia, they satisfied God by sacrificing the first and best of their animal flesh, representing their own carnal natures, but that would not do as they continued to sin despite all the sacrifices:

8 Above when He said, “Sacrifice and offering and burnt offerings and offering for sin thou wouldest not, neither hadst pleasure therein; which are offered by the law;” 9 Then said He, “Lo, I come to do thy will, O God. He taketh away the first, that he may establish the second. 10 By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.” (Heb 10:8-10)

The Flesh of Jesus was the Glorious sacrifice, made one time, for the sins of all — Adam included — “once for all” mankind. The Blood of the Lamb of God, Jesus, was the perfect sacrifice for all the sin is the flesh of all of us from Adam to this day!

So, we are too prideful; we are not human beings in any sense! We are feral beings, who like the animals, turned from forcefully excellent — glorious — to non-glorious creatures.

“Beast” (“hay” in the Hebrew) is “living creature,” a lower form of animal. The “Wicked One” of which Cain was the progeny (Gen 4:1) is the “Beast” of scripture, to wit: “And they worshipped the Dragon which gave power unto the Beast: and they worshipped the Beast, saying, ‘Who is like unto the Beast? who is able to make war with him?’” (Rev 13:3-4)

The “Beast” is surely the Nature of the “Dragon,” meaning “to look” in the Greek, and being a visible “fabulous kind of Serpent” (Strong 1890). The “Dragon” is the flesh of the angel Lucifer, and its power is the “Beast;” whose nature is “as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour” (1 Pet 5:8).

Since sinful men and women still retain the nature of the Wicked One that is inherited from Eve, as the “mother of all living” (Gen 3:20), then the nature of everyone is like a devouring lion. As sons are like the father, sinful mankind is like their father the “Devil” who is the adversary of both God and mankind!

What does royalty do? They lead their subjects and to please their master, they do as the master does. That Lucifer is the “Prince of the Power of the Air… the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience” (Ephes 2:2)  that makes him the “Beast” whose will sinners do. Genetically, therefore, because of original sin, mankind is no longer human beings but bastard children of the Beast himself. So much for self-esteem, eh?

(To be continued)

THE DANGER IN MARKS

Before you start, understand that what you read might make you angry. After all, nobody likes to be convicted of anything, and our own poor choices are no exception.

There are three sorts of “images” in scripture. Firstly, there is the Image of God in whom man was made. His Image is of an invisible Substance that was made manifest to the world in material and visible form — as Jesus.

Of course, there is the Holy Spirit, and the Patriarch — “Father God” “Elohim” but the three together is one image consisting of three Holy Substances as God is the “One True God.”

The second image, or actually “images,” were Adam and Eve, but they were of the same substance — the images of God — but functioned differently. Adam was “man” and Eve “anti-man” in that they were a pair with different roles; they were both to have dominion over the other creatures in different things. Their genes were the dominant genes among the other kinds.

The third “image” was Lucifer. Generally, many would write “Serpent” as the third image, but “cunningness” was perhaps the nature of the “beast” inside Lucifer, rather than the figural image.

Literally, the translation from the Hebrew is more just as image than a deaf and dumb beast. Isaiah referred to the image as a “flying fiery serpent” (Isa 14:29) which in the Hebrew is ‘serap (Strong 1890) [1] and means a “seraph” kind of angel.

The creature that is called “Lucifer” is also of three substances. Like God, “it” has a mind and is “cunning” as some versions say (Gen 3:1). Likewise, when viewed in the world, Lucifer is an angel, or messenger, of light; not that it brings light, but darkness.

The true “Bringer of Light” is Jesus, and Lucifer is nothing more that “anti-light” which is the dark side of the opposite pair — of the True Light, Jesus. As the “anti-light” Lucifer is the “Antichrist” and is much like Jesus in image but not in function. He is the imposter of Christ for many antichrists will come in the Name of Jesus (John 5:43).

The three-in-one images of Lucifer then is Anti-mind, Darkness, and Antichrist. The angel is the darkness and is the “Beast” who nocturnally walks in darkness.

Mankind’s substances are three images in one as well. They each have mind, body, and spirit; the latter of which is the “soul.”

The man is the object with flesh and bones — material substances. The soul is the “anti-man” who is just like the man but of a different substance — an invisible “bodily shape” just as Jesus exposed when He was baptized (Luke 3:22).

Because Jesus is the model from which mankind was molded, therefore, man would have a soul in bodily shape as well. Scripture calls that “soul” a “ghost” and the Soul of Jesus is the “Holy Ghost.” The ghost, or soul, of man is holy, but the flesh unholy, thanks to sin, and as such, is prone to more sin.

Mankind was made with the Spirit of God. Their Spirits were meant to never die, so Adam and Eve could not give up the ghost in the Garden because they had never died.

The first person who “gave up the ghost” in scripture was Abraham (Gen 25:8). Something happened to Abraham that provided in him a special Spirit. The Book of Jasher indicates that Abram took on incorruptible flesh when Nimrod burned him in a fiery furnace. That fire “glorified” Abram, perhaps, and made him like original Adam.

He was renamed “Abraham” — the “Shield” for the Holy Ghost within him had shielded him from the wicked ones.

Abraham, during the time of Jesus, was the “Shield” that provided comfort to dead Lazarus, ostensibly to protect him from Satan and Hell. Lazarus was in “Abraham’s bosom” in what Enoch describes as the “Third Heaven.” Both Luke and Enoch said that Paradise and Hades are both in the Third Heaven but separated by a “great gulf” (Luke 16).

The ”image” of mankind is the flesh. It is made of matter and as such, men are not gods but mere images of God, or at least it was intended that way. Now, the image — the flesh — of man has been reimaged as the Beast’s.

God is eternal, so mankind’s image was immortal. Original sin mutated the flesh, and since all mankind are born in iniquity (depravity; Psalm 51:5), then all mankind now have depraved flesh.

Since every cell of the body contains chromosomes with DNA within, sin changed mankind to another “kind.” That was “death” because those with mutated genomes were no longer immortal. Inside, Adam and Eve took on the image of the Beast, but the flesh remained the same except for its substance.

The glorious pair had glorious flesh in the Garden of which they were not ashamed, obviously because it was the immortal Substance like God’s. After sin, they were ashamed of their own fleshes; not that they were naked, but because their flesh was unlike it was before, according to the Book of Adam and Eve.

However, something must have grown in Adam and Eve. Before they had the Spirit of God within, and after sin, the spirit of Lucifer with its pride, cunning, and lust (1 John 2:16).

Soon, Adam and Eve, once ashamed of their degenerated flesh; soon they marveled in it. Then God covered their flesh with new flesh that he provided as "coats of skin: (Gen 3:24) to obscure the “lust of the flesh” of which John wrote.

The “flesh,” therefore, is the image of man. He wears it proudly because no longer is mankind “sons of God” but “sons of man” and mankind are the degenerates.

What do animals do, especially the flamboyant ones like peacocks, roosters, lions, and such? They strut their stuff. Some raise their feathers and others intimidate with their grandeur. Since original, or genetic, sin; mankind also struts his stuff as if they are the gods (Gen 3:5).

How do people show off their flesh? Nakedness, decorations, painting, primping, extravagant immodest clothing, piercing, fancy peculiar hair-do’s, and such. The most awful ones even do things like ring themselves like pigs, cut-out their ears as if cattle, and even tattoo themselves like branded animals?

But others are less extreme; they just flaunt what they have! Beaches are where people once went to flaunt, but now they flaunt their skin wherever they go, and society is okay with it.

This is not a condemnation of those who have been pierced and tattooed but whose “flesh” have been marked within.

Mankind are all marked with the pride of the flesh and almost everyone lusts for the flesh of others and are so endeared with their own flesh that they neglect the real thing — the soul — the first “thing” that God fixes!

The flesh is the outward “image” of the person. Some want that image to look out of the ordinary and others desire to look glanderous. It is all the same when too much attention is put on the flesh.

Rather than a coat of skin, or even the Holy Spirit, even many Christians put on “coats” provided by the archetype within their genes; that is a “coat of attention” to attract attention. When the flesh is covered with modesty, it hides the flesh and reveals the soul.

The flesh reveals the spirit inside, and if too extravagant, that spirit is an ugly one. It just may be the spirit of Lucifer who was an ugly creature on the inside with only appearing to be beautiful on the outside as the Book of Jasher has it.

Many have been taught that Lucifer is a beautiful angel, but Jasher says that “it” is an ugly, hideous demon; that the beauty was the image it portrayed to deceive Jared and others. Even now, some of the most beautiful images that are seen in public are superfluous, for inside their spirit may be as hideous as the Devil’s.

Surely, the image that Narcissus saw was merely a reflection, but the water never reflected the ugliness inside him, and neither do modern mirrors. The desire to be like God reflects the inner being in the person.

For myself, Dad hit the nail on the head! When I did wrong, Dad said, “That was an ugly thing you did,” as I realized that I too am ugly inside.

Jesus came to “condemn sin in the flesh… they that are in the flesh cannot please God.” (Rom 8:3,8). Sin, therefore, is in the flesh and hence is genetic. The nature of sinful men (and women) is the adoration their own flesh, and that is what is meant by them, “as God” (Gen 3:5). Furthermore, those who are “in the flesh” displease God. It is not so much what is inside the flesh than on the outside, but worse yet, what is in the “heart” — the faculty of the will.

Inside the flesh is the Spirit of God. The epidermal flesh is what is exposed to the world. From the standpoint of the Spirit, the flesh is weak, but from the world, it is strong.

Sinners present their flesh to the world as strong, but inside it thrives on the weakness of sin. Whatever the mind can imagine, the flesh will do. Most people will do about anything for attention, even to the point of self-sacrificing their own bodies with suicide, all the while contending that they hate themselves! Nobody hates their own body (Ephes 5:29, indeed they flaunt it.

The flesh is the visual and sensory nerve network of the person. It must be appeased as if it is a “god.” The basic needs are demanded as a right whether the slothful person works for it or not. High estimation is demanded although the person does nothing for which to be esteemed. So, then, they merely esteem themselves and act the “victim” as if everyone else is wrong!

The flesh has a personality of its own; I deserve whatever because I am me!

Things, therefore, are not idols. An “idol” is the flesh of a person.

Spirits are non-material but visible gods are made of matter — wood, stone, clay, and now plastics and such. The flesh was made from the elements of the earth. The fleshes are the idols of mankind. As material gods and goddesses, they must be appeased, and certainly must receive much adoration.

God does expect one thing — to be loved. As such, mankind is to adore God, but what do they do? They adorn themselves as if they are God!

Self-esteem, for example, is self-adoration. Likewise, so is “decorating” the flesh as if it is a “Christ Tree,” and by that, it is meant, as if the flesh is the Tree of Life; that title belongs only to Jesus.

“Conversion” is whenever a person is persuaded to adore God and cease the adoration of their own flesh. Apostasy is to lose that affection for God by defecting from Him. Self-adoration and decorating oneself is as much defecting from God to your idol, the flesh.

God issued standards for being holy. Among them is this command, “Ye shall not make any cuttings in your flesh for the dead, nor print any marks upon you: I am the Lord” (Lev 19:28). (Now you may be getting angry, but God said that!)

God never revoked that command. Jesus said so, but He came to “fulfil” the Law. (Mat 5:17).

So ask yourself, “What is the problem in cutting or marking the flesh?” Keeping in mind adoration for God, why would anyone re-sculpture and paint over what God has made? Their imagination may be better than the image that God made, perhaps? Or maybe they are decorating their flesh for attention, rather than gaining attention for the good works of God? Is the flesh that God provide not good enough than to be marked over?

Or perhaps, there is another reason? Consider this one:

16 And he (the “Beast”) causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: 17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. (Rev 13:16-17)

If cut, how would anyone be for certain that they are not being marked “in” their flesh, just as John foresaw in that revelation? It is not so much “on” the flesh that matters, but “in” the flesh, and cuttings and piercings are in the flesh.

What are tattoos? Taking the mark in the flesh.  If taking a mark of any sort without knowing its meaning and or significance is dangerous. Eve took the “mark” of the Beast in ignorance and so many do today. The mark that she took is ambiguous, but I believe it changed the DNA in her flesh because Cain, her germline, was “of the Wicked One” (1 John 3:12).

The mark to come may be a visible mark or maybe some invisible thing. The reason that some rejected the vaccine without which their engagement in commerce was limited, that whatever they injected might be the mark, and indeed messenger-DNA marks the genome of the flesh. However, the worst is yet to come, gate-RNA genetically cuts the flesh.

The point to these warnings is that not only are we in danger of some type of nefarious mark when we do stupid things… like Eve… but we sort of insult God; God, You did not make me glorious enough, so look what I have done!

Eve did that herself when she told Adam of “his” new son, Cain, “I have gotten a man…” (Gen 4:1). Her new “lord” was apparently Lucifer in whose Image Cain was made.

God had gotten the first man and placed him here, but the second man, Eve had gotten, perhaps from the loins of the fleshly Image of Lucifer. Thereafter, the germline of Cain was of the Devil’s flesh until by now all have sinned and come short of the glorious flesh that God had provided (Rom 3:23).

Alteration of the flesh in any manner is coming short of the glory of God and is sin. Not only does it diminish God but elevates the person that marks himself. “I did this!”

Although cosmetics and fashion are not permanent, they are signs that the heart is not in the right place. Not that people should not be presentable, but modest in appearance. A person can be fully clothed yet still be immodest if the apparel makes them stand out in the crowd. Even coveralls in a swimming pool are as noticeable as a bikini in the same pool of water.

By now, those with piercings or tattoos may be angry, and those immodest, wrathful. However, I am no better! At one time in my career, I was the “victim” of the infamous black three-piece suit, and soon after, the overly lax leisure suit with flared pants. I was a sight for sore eyes in both cases.

Even worse, as a teenager, I marked myself; I sat there for three hours or so, and “tattooed” my own flesh. I forget what I inscribed on my arm and God maybe even blotted it out, because the tattoo failed to remain. God saved me from my stupidity, it seems!

A good example now is Cat von Dee. She, as a young lady, had tattoos of wicked images all over her legs. She was called to blot them out, and that she did. Now her legs are mostly black. She expressed sorrow of what she had done when naïve and had them undone. I guess, to God, that black skin is preferable to evil flesh.

The point herein is that we all sin and should be sorry. The best antidote to that is not to do things of which you are unsure. Will God send you to Hell for doing stupid things? That is His call, but he didn’t Eve. He gave her protection from more evil by placing on her and Adam coats of skin. Presumably that is the flesh that we still mar to this day because before, the flesh would have been incorruptible.
