The name is the same, but in context the pneuma was called "The Holy Spirit" until Jesus died. Afterwards he was called "The Holy Ghost". Why the difference? The Holy Spirit suffered with Jesus and as such experienced the pain that Jesus did. As such he now has the experiences of Jesus and is indeed "the Ghost of Jesus", so to speak.
