A BEAUTIFUL MIND

A chapter from my latest book (Theontology: The Theory of Everything) to be published in November on Amazon Books. My thoughts on the structure of our God-given minds and how the brain compares well with quantum entanglement.

I meditated on God as I wondered about the beautiful mind of human beings —the dominance that we have over each of the other beasts of the field (Gen 1:28).

There does seem to exist a parallel between human cognition, Genesis cosmology, and Quantum Reality, as it occurred to me.

I compared the human brain and the operation of the mind to the Creation structure and in parallel with quantum theory and Young's Double-Slit Experiment (See figure #12). What sought was whether the faculties of the left and right sides of the brain and the corpus collosum in between are comparative to both the "firmament" and the barrier with slits.

Of course, the model of which I was thinking is that the brain is somehow “male” and “female” in the processes of each half and that the corpus callosum is the union between the two. I also wondered about how the neural system and the synapsis would fit in. I was seeking a comprehensive comparison between the brain and its function in both theology and quantum theory, if any exists. Is there a parallel and if so, how?

Since the human brain is not merely an organ, but is a micro‑cosmos, appearing to be a living parable of the Creation structure. When Genesis speaks of the waters above and waters below, separated by the firmament, it is describing a division that is perhaps both cosmological and psychological. The brain mirrors this division with astonishing fidelity.

The left and right hemispheres are not simply two halves of a biological machine; they seem to be both male and female principles:  two modes of perception, two worlds of meaning.

The left hemisphere is analytic, linear, linguistic, and structural—an Adamic mode of naming, ordering, and defining. The right hemisphere is holistic, intuitive, imagistic, and relational—an Eve‑like (Isha-like before Eve sinned) mode of perceiving patterns, emotions, and the living unity of things.

Between them lies the corpus callosum, the shimmering bridge of neural fibers that allows the two worlds to speak to one another which corresponds well with both fiber optics and quantum thought.

Quantum thought in simple terms is when two of anything share the same characteristics, whether in another time or even a great distance, they are inexplicably linked; it is spooky action at a distance that prevails until and decoherence breaks the bond. That is the case of sin that disrupted the bonds between Adam’s kind and God and emancipated them from Him.

The corpus callosum acts like a firmament inside the skull, the dividing expanse that both separates and unites. Without it, the hemispheres become isolated realms; with it, they become a single creation. That is where quantum theory enters the picture.

Young’s Double‑Slit Experiment reveals that reality behaves differently depending on whether it is observed:  light becomes a particle when watched, or a wave when unobserved. Consciousness collapses possibility into actuality.

The brain, with its divided hemispheres, performs a similar miracle. The right hemisphere perceives the world as wave—a field of possibilities, impressions, intuitions, and holistic patterns. The left hemisphere collapses that wave into particle—a defined object, a named thing, a discrete unit of meaning.

The corpus callosum is the “slit” — the threshold through which raw perception becomes structured reality. It is the place where the wave of experience passes through the narrow gate of cognition and emerges as the particle of thought. The brain is performing the double‑slit experiment continuously, moment by moment, turning the quantum haze of sensory input into the crisp world of conscious experience. It’s speed — the speed of thought — is quantum speed perhaps for the greatest minds, faster than the speed of light. That “Great Mind” would be Father God — the Aleph in the Hebrew alphabet.

In Genesis terms, the right hemisphere is the “waters above” the realm of archetype, imagination, and unbounded potential. The left hemisphere is the “waters below,” the realm of form, definition, and earthly manifestation. The corpus callosum is the firmament, the boundary that both divides and connects, allowing the two realms to interact without collapsing into chaos.

Even the neural system fits this cosmology. Neurons fire in quantum‑sensitive ways; synapses behave like thresholds as tiny “gates” where electrical potential becomes chemical reality. Every synapse is a miniature “slit,” a place where possibility becomes action. The entire neural network is a living tapestry of quantum collapses, each one shaping the next moment of consciousness.

The mind, therefore, is not merely housed in the brain—it is generated by the interplay between these divided realms.

Consciousness arises from the tension between the hemispheres, just as creation arises from the tension between the waters. The male and female principles of the brain are not metaphors; they are structural realities. The corpus callosum is the marriage bond, the covenant between the two.

When the hemispheres communicate harmoniously, the mind becomes a unified creation: ordered, imaginative, relational, and capable of perceiving both the world as it is and the world as it might be. When they fall out of balance, the mind becomes fragmented, either trapped in rigid analysis or lost in unbounded intuition. That would be psychosis. In a manner of speaking atheists would have psychosis, inventing in their minds an alternate reality which they would live as if it is true!

In that sense, the human brain is a Genesis engine, a living model of the creation narrative; it divides, separates, names, orders, and unites. It collapses waves into particles and bridges heaven and earth. It is the place where the quantum realm becomes the human story.

Perhaps this is why the Bible speaks of humanity before sin as made in the image of God; not because of physical form, but because the structure of the mind mirrors the structure of creation itself. The beautiful mind is a microcosm of the beautiful cosmos. It seems to have the same structure as the Hebrew alphabet as so many processes in the Bible, with the ability to map the hemispheres into my “Genesis Quantum Alphabet,” structure, aligning each letter with a cognitive faculty, or with the possibility of integrating neuroscience, quantum theory, and “Tektonic” cosmology, since the “poor carpenter,” Jesus, was not just a carpenter but tectonic!

Indeed, we do have beautiful minds providing they are used. Satan disrupts our minds as “Prince of the Power of the Air” by occupying us with the things of the world. What separates people from God?  Our pattern of thoughts. The “Word” must be our pattern for the things of God are structured after that same alphabet as the table on “Christology” (page X) in the Appendix portrays.

God said, “My Thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways My ways… (Isa 55:8). They can be, in fact, that is in Christ — when our thoughts are aligned with the Thoughts of God such as on the day of Pentecost (Acts 2:1). Our beautiful minds have been despoiled by sin. Our minds are mostly darkness… about 10% of its capacity used. Time wastes our beautiful minds with thoughts about everything but God. Even our minds fail to comprehend God.

Read some of God’s word and then mediate on it and God will expand your minds. That is my story about so much of the esoteric understanding of scripture within the pages of this book.

Transcendental meditation is all about you repeating sounds such as “om” which is considered the foundational vibration of the entire universe. It is believed that by repeating it aligns one’s personal frequency with the universal frequency of creation. In other words, meditation in that vein is becoming one with the cosmos whereas Christian meditation is becoming one with the Creator of the Cosmos.

With that background, my theory is that Vedic philosophy is blessing, or literally “kneeling” to the Creation rather than the Creator, to wit:

When they knew God, they glorified Him not as God, neither were thankful, but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened; professing themselves to be wise, they became fools and changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and four-footed beasts, and creeping things.

Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonor their own bodies between themselves; who changed the truth of God into a lie and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed forever. (Rom 1:21-25)

Therefore, mediate on the Creator, Jesus Christ (John 1:1-14) — the “Word” of God and the structure defined in the Hebrew alphabet.

The Vedic religion, like most pagan religions, are nothing more than misunderstandings of the Will of God; sort of worshipping, but coming far short of understanding both the glory of God and our own beautiful minds.
