The war goes on for possession of the Holy Land. Abram had received the Covenant from God. He was heir to all the lands that he could see in all directions. Northward he would have seen the mountainous regions associated with Jerusalem. He saw the prize. It was as if in hand!
No mention is made of it yet, but giants were in his
vicinity. Imagine the fear that would be raised in the hearts of Joshua’s spies
when they saw Nephilim (giants) right there centuries later! But Abram showed
no fear! Perhaps giants were not there at that time. Perhaps they would come
later to guard the Way to the Tree of Life.
God as well said to Abram, “Let us make a deal.” And here is
the deal:
15 For all the land which thou seest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed for ever. 16 And I will make thy seed as the dust of the earth: so that if a man can number the dust of the earth, then shall thy seed also be numbered. 17 Arise, walk through the land in the length of it and in the breadth of it; for I will give it unto thee. 18 Then Abram removed his tent, and came and dwelt in the plain of Mamre, which is in Hebron, and built there an altar unto the Lord. (Gen 13:15-18)
Abram had squatted on Canaan’s land, or was it that Canaan had squatted on “Shem’s” land? God decided who would own the land and of whom He is Lord. God heired His land to Abram and again made the nomad, Abram, “Farmer Abraham.”
Abram would plant his seed on fertile land and there it
would grow to great numbers. To this day, the Arabs, Jews, and the few Gentiles
there are from the seed that Abraham “planted” there. Unfortunately, there
remains “tares” in Hebron, now the home of Palestinian Jews on the west bank of
the Dead Sea.
Now consider the word, “Palestinian.” Who are the
Palestinians? There origin is unknown. The best guess is “sea peoples” called “Philistines.”
That word comes from Hebrew Palesti; thus “Palestinians.”
One thing is known for sure — at least one Philistine was a
giant! Of course, that was Goliath. Perhaps “sea peoples” is a broad term for “people
of the water.” What happened to the “giants” before the days of the flood of
Noah’s time? [i]
They were drowned in the water of the deluge. Ancient Jewish literature accepts
the abyss under the Foundation Stone in Jerusalem as the source of the water
for the flood and where the water receded beneath the earth.
Abram had built an altar to the Lord in Hebron. He marked
the place where he found grace. His seed would never be intimidated there by
any giant!
Years later, the spies from Joshua returned to report, “…the
land which they had searched unto the children of Israel, saying,
“The land, through which we have gone to search it, is a land that eateth up the inhabitants thereof; and all the people that we saw in it are men of a great stature. And there we saw the giants, the sons of Anak, which come of the giants: and we were in our own sight as grasshoppers, and so we were in their sight.” (Num 13”32-33)
The spies had seen giants that they thought had been destroyed
in the flood.
But were they giants from the antediluvian times? No; the
spies made it clear; that they were the seed of Anak. Anak was the son
of Arba. Nothing is known of his genealogy. Strangely, unlike about any other
biblical person, Anak’s lineage remains unknown to this day. Was he a sea
people, not from Cypress or Greece, but seed in the waters from beneath the
earth?
Arba was the greatest man in Kiriath Arba. Now, we are
getting some important information! (Wikipedia; “Arba”). Keriath is related to Kerioth, meaning “compaction”
and is translated as “cities.” (Abarim Publications). Ultimately the root adjective
“qar” means “cold.”
Now for some review: From where did giants come? From the
admixture of Cain’s seed and the seed of the Sons of God. They were hybrid
peoples, not from the sea at the Center of the Earth (Mediterranean) but from
the “Sea of Glass.” Revelation may reveal their identity: “And before the
throne there was a sea of glass like unto crystal: and in the midst of the
throne, and round about the throne, were four beasts full of eyes before and
behind” (Rev 4:6).
Enoch wrote that God resided in the Tenth Heaven above the cosmos,
but here is what John saw that Enoch saw as well: “And the cherubim and
seraphim standing about the throne, the six-winged and many-eyed ones do not
depart, standing before the Lord's face doing his will, and cover his whole
throne, singing with gentle voice before the Lord's face: 'Holy, holy, holy,
Lord Ruler of Sabaoth, heavens and earth are full of Thy glory.'” (Secrets of Enoch
21:1).
Therein, both John and Enoch have seen angels of two types
guarding the Way to the Tree of Life. Does that ring a bell? “So He drove out
the man; and he placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubim, and a
flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life” (Gen
3:24).
Abram had no fear of giants because he kept the Way to the
Tree of Life to the place where Jesus would die on a “tree.” [ii]
The giants may not have appeared to him since he kept the Way, or either they
were worth no mention since they were friendly with him.
By the time of Joshua, the giants’ natures had changed. They
were scary! Joshua walked the Way that Abram walked, but by then Canaan’s seed
had polluted the angels just as Cain’s seed had Seth’s back before the flood. No
longer were they guardian angels but destroying angels because
they had the cursed seed of Canaan in them.
Now, for apostolic times: Why are all the apostles
Galileans? Anyhow, all but one, and he is Judas Iscariot. Galilee is in the
direction that Abram looked. However, Judas was from Kerioth. As mentioned before,
Abram made an altar at Hebron, or Kiriath Arba. Arba, the giant, was from the Kerioth.
Apparently, since the city of Judas was east of the Dead Sea, and Arba’s city
to the West, then the area around the Dead Sea was the land of the stone-cold
dead. (Was the “Dead Sea” another possible source of “sea peoples?”) With that
said, Judas would have the seed of Canaan in him and also of rebellious angels.
Canaan would have mingled his seed with the seed of demons, perhaps the Seraph
Lucifer, himself.
I know that sounds like science fiction, but scripture is
clear — there is a heavenly war in progress, and everything is fair play to evil
beings.
But why would they do that? God planned it. He required an
evil person for Satan to enter to do be the “bloody husband.” [iii] The
wife of Moses accused him of that, but it was Judas all the time that God had
in mind. But it would not be the circumcision of only the foreskin but all the skin
of Jesus.
When Abram built the altar to God in Keriath, was he defying
Judas long before Judas? It turns out that Abram may have seen a vision of Judas
running from God when he saw the ram that he would sacrifice instead of Isaac, his
son!
The astronomically sign then was the dawning of the age of
the Ram (The Age of Aries). The zodiac Sign of the Baphomet: A goat’s head
inside an inverted pentagram is a Satanic symbol. When Abram sacrificed the ram
instead of his son, it was Satan in the ram that was dead. Is that not what
happened when Jesus was sacrificed. The “Ram” in Judas was the one who died and
remained dead. Jesus lived just as Isaac had two millennia before!
The altar to God would later protect the Hebrews from the giant
demonic-angel people when they passed through that area. It would also point to
Judas of Kerioth as the traitor. Do you think it was by accident that all the
other apostles were Galatians and only the evil traitor with Satan [iv] in
him was from the land of giants?
What was the Abrahamic Covenant all about? Providing a Savior
to defeat sin to provide a home for the seed of Abraham in the heavenly Paradise.
Who stood in the way? Angels guarding the Way. The Covenant that God made with
Abram provided the Way to Paradise. It was the “passport” through the gate to
Paradise to inherit the land at its probation in the Divine Court.
Why build an altar there? It was a boundary mark. It, in
conjunction to the other altars that Abram built, was the directional arrow to
the Cross.
