BLOOD OF THE INNOCENTS

KEY VERSES: Why trimmest thou thy way to seek love? therefore hast thou also taught the wicked ones thy ways. Also, in thy skirts is found the blood of the souls of the poor innocents: I have not found it by secret search, but upon all these. Yet thou sayest, “Because I am innocent, surely his anger shall turn from me.” Behold, I will plead with thee, because thou sayest, I have not sinned. (Jer 2:33-35)

Throughout the Bible there were slaughters of the innocents. “Innocents” are those who have never sinned, or have no sin accounted to them because of their infancy. That is to include babies and those mentally incapacitated from birth. All have sinned against God but the innocents are not held accountable. Of course, Jesus is the only person born without iniquity. He is truly “The Innocent One.” Now consider the slaughter of the innocents.

In Egypt the king said, “When ye do the office of a midwife to the Hebrew women, and see them upon the stools; if it be a son, then ye shall kill him: but if it be a daughter, then she shall live” (Exod 1:16). Why did the king do that? Pharaoh saw himself as God, and because the Hebrews were mere beasts of burden to Egyptians who they used for slave labor. He was afraid that those “inferior” peoples would multiply and overthrow the Egyptian way of living, and become supreme to them. The king knew they would turn on them because the Egyptians had been harsh taskmasters.

The midwives feared God more than Pharaoh. They did not obey the king. The Egyptian “problem” then needed another solution: “Every son that is born, ye shall cast into the river, and every daughter, ye shall save alive” (Exod 1:22).  Pharaoh, it seems, was the first “Fuerher,” not of the German Reich, but the Egyptian Middle Kingdom. He was only half as evil as Hitler because it was only the males who were the greatest threat to Egyptian superiority.

It is to be noted that Pharaoh, symbolic if Satan, proposed infanticide which some U.S. States have sought to make legal. Ironically, our own “Pharaoh,” so to speak, voted for the murder of the innocents on their “birthing stool” himself. The problem for Illinois when Obama was a state senator is that babies in the process of abortion were hanging onto life, refusing to die. As such, the nurses would put them in another room to die without attempting to save them. Obama voted again the bill to abolish that, and regardless of those who claim he did not, that is not the case. (McCarthy, Andrew; National Review; “When Obama Voted for Infanticide;” Feb 9, 2102). Pharaoh considered his law and thought it must be too cruel, so he provided an alternative – a safe killing of the innocent. Rather than murder them with birthing tools, the male infants were to be “humanely” murdered by drowning.

Much later in Germany, the socialist doctors were ordered by Heinrich Himmler to find a “humane” way of killing the Jews. He sought a “safe” way to exterminate the Jews who were innocent of any crimes – they were murdered for the same reason Pharaoh did, and that was because both Pharaoh and Hitler feared the Jews just because they are Jews! His mission to “humanely” kill the Jews is reminiscent of the “safe abortion” of innocent babies! Now we’ll return from Nazi Germany to socialist Illinois.

Ironically, in Egypt the midwives sought to save the innocents despite the law of the land, and in Illinois the “midwives” sought to destroy the innocents despite the law of Illinois!

Since abortion is mostly for the undesirables - those who are inconvenient, minority babies are most often the victims. Pharaoh and Hitler sought “the final solution” for being inconveniently (for them) a Jew, and Illinois for merely being an inconvenience. Illinois needs blacks for their votes, but for little else. In Illinois, blacks multiply so rapidly that because they are black makes them an inconvenience. Perhaps the Illinois socialists fear the blacks just as Pharaoh did the Hebrews. Perhaps, the black masses are an inconvenience to those who govern there!

Keep in mind that the unborn who are aborted are usually inconvenient to someone, and with that situation, their innocent lives are sacrificed for the “betterment” of other people or groups. For instance, the Hebrew male babies were sacrificed for the betterment of Pharaoh and the European Jews for the betterment of the “supreme” socialists of Europe; not that they were supreme, but for them to maintain that fantasy. Socialism always espouses, not what is best for the individuals,  but for the masses. They choose who they deplorables are, and Hillary Clinton demonstrated that socialist idea!

Later on, King Herod murdered the innocents as well:

And was there until the death of Herod: that it might be fulfilled which was spoken of the Lord by the prophet, saying, Out of Egypt have I called my son. Then Herod, when he saw that he was mocked of the wise men, was exceeding wroth, and sent forth, and slew all the children that were in Bethlehem, and in all the coasts thereof, from two years old and under, according to the time which he had diligently inquired of the wise men. (Mat 2:15-16)

Herod’s killing of the innocents was foretold by, guess who? The prophet Jeremiah, who wrote about  “Rachel weeping for her children.” Jeremiah knew much about the killing of the innocents and wrote about that concerning Rachel and her children - the Israelites from the tribe of Benjamin in Judah.

The prophet Hosea wrote about Jesus (Israel): “When Israel was a child, then I loved him, and called my son out of Egypt” (Hos 11:1). Of course, that was written after Israel was taken out of Egypt and referred to Jesus Christ! Jesus was the cause of Herod’s embarrassment, and not only that, Jesus was the prophesied, “King of the Jews.” Herod had the infants – male and female – killed because just one male was a threat to his throne. Jesus was just a little inconvenient to Herod, but like Pharaoh before him, Jesus was safe in the hands of the Egyptians.

King Herod attempted to sacrifice Jesus for his own selfish motives, in contrast to Abraham who was willing to sacrifice his son to God. Isaac was to be a sin offering. Abraham was willing to sacrifice his best to God, but God provided the sacrifice in Isaac’s place.  Abraham’s motives were not selfish at all, unlike Herod’s whose motives were!

Abraham’s willingness to sacrifice was credited to him as faith (Rom 4:9). Rather than circumcise the phallus of young males as was later ordained, Abraham was asked to cut off the entire flesh of his son! That was what the pagans did, and Abraham was being tested. God did that with His own son -Jesus - so that Abraham did not need to. Was God in favor of infanticide? No! He knew the heart of Abraham. He knew that Abraham was willing to obey, so it was not a requirement.

Many of the nations around Judah and Samaria, sacrificed to the Canaanite god, Molech (See figure #1). Molech’s stomach was a fiery furnace. Worshipers would place their infants in the oven and they would be cremated. It was a ritual sacrifice by pagans, and the practice followed by God’s chosen people as well when they fell away: “And thou shalt not let any of thy seed pass through the fire to Molech, neither shalt thou profane the name of thy God: I am the Lord” (Lev 18:21). Why did passing their offspring through the fire of Molech profane God? Because Molech means “king” or “Lord.” Sacrificing infants to another “Lord” profaned God. Guess how the sacrifice was often obtained? Sexual intercourse in the worship of Baal.

Molech offered sexual independence to women who whored themselves for the worship of false gods. That type of sexual freedom in worship is what Jeremiah referred to in the key verses wherein it is written, “In thy skirts is found the blood of the souls of the poor innocents.” That, dear readers, is abortion personified. The Israelites and Judahites prostituted themselves in a frenzy and disposed of their offspring in the fires of Molech.

Jeremiah pointed out two things: (1) “Thou hast also taught the wicked ones thy ways,” and (2) “I have not found it by secret search, but upon all these.” The ritual harlots did not hide their licentiousness, but it was obvious to God and everyone else for that matter. By doing that wicked thing was an example for others to do the same!

That is the epitome of the abortion-mongers today; they teach it in schools and feminists often brag about their abortions to take the guilt away from those they beguile!

Molech is surely a foreshadowing of Planned Parenthood who teaches wicked things to enable wicked people, and then propagate their evil ways! Margaret Sanger, the founder of Planned Parenthood, must have envisioned Molech in her writings!

Why did Sanger encourage birth control and abortion? To control the undesirables at home (Margaret Sanger, "The Function of Sterilization," Oct 1926). Sanger is not the male god Molech, but the embodiment of Asherah herself in a human female body!

Abortion is a human sacrifice to other gods and goddesses! How so? Because with original sin, Adam and Eve became “as gods” (Gen 3:5). Not that they really were, but that they knew better than God! What did God say about murder? “Thou shalt not kill” (Exod 20:13). The Hebrew word ratsach specifically means “murder.” Murder, unlike most killing, is to harm on purpose. People kill for various reasons, but they murder for some form of hatred (1 John 3:15).

With unwanted babies, they are often murdered because of their inconvenience. Women may love their lifestyle so much that they hate to change it. They may hate the mistake that they made, and rather to accept their mistake, they discard him or her! Rather than love their imperfect child, they sacrifice it for their own convenience.

Politicians favor abortion because they value their power more than they do life. That was Pharaoh’s and Herod’s motive. On the other hand, Hitler killed the innocents because he saw human beings as sub-human parasites, or as Hillary calls them, “a basket of deplorables!”

Jeremiah saw that Israel worshiped Asherah on high places. That represents the phallus and the female pubic mound, and they taught that abomination to the Judahites. They weren’t satisfied that they did their dirty deeds in worship, and seemingly justified it by teaching their brethren to do it. People justify horrible things by rationalizing with, “Well, everyone is doing it!” Because a famous person or many are sinning, does not make the sin alright. Abortion, for any reason, is always wrong in the viewpoint of God.; there are no exclusionary clauses in “Thou shalt not murder:” for inconveniences, hatred, jealousy, poverty, defectives, or any other reason.

The greatest “slaughter of the innocent” was when Jesus was killed because he too was an inconvenience. He stood in the way of the false beliefs of the Jewish leaders. They thought it was okay to dispose of a man who admitted that he is God in the flesh. If only Jesus would die, they could continue living the lie. The “colossal lie” at that time and now is that Jesus is not God! Say that often enough and people believe that!

What did God say about those who destroy their own offspring? “Behold, I will plead with thee, because thou sayest, ‘I have not sinned.’” People, even Christians, who abort, don’t accept the fact that by discarding their own flesh, for whatever reason, is still sin! They rationalize that it is not human, but mere tissue or the flesh of some fictitious species. They even think up reasons wherein their situation is different. That notion is what the Serpent warned about when he cautioned, “You will be as gods.”

God is the Giver of life, and He decides when and where to take it away. Those who make their own decisions play “God” with the living soul of their offspring. That is blasphemous to the real God.

God was always angered by the Hebrews when they did things their own way. He placed consequences on them for their trespasses against His Law. They were often destroyed by those who valued life as little as they had themselves. It is poetic justice that women in Judah’s days killed their own, but Assyria killed them.

Like Adam and Eve who ate, and nothing awful seemed to happen, those who shed the blood of their own offspring are shortsighted. They will ultimately be punished! The law may not see their crime, but God said, “I have not found it by secret search.” He knows what we do, why we do it, and the penalty for all that we do. Murdering the innocent is a great sin. Jesus told that to Pilate when he was about to be murdered. According to Jesus, the ones who instigate the murder have committed a greater sin than the ones who implement it (John 19:11).

Using the same reasoning as Jesus, those who make murder legal commit a greater sin than those who perform the abortions. They merely do the will of the sinners much like the centurions were doing! That means the sin of those who vote for pro-abortion leaders are greater sinners than the abortion providers. Who could sleep realizing that their sin is greater than Planned Parenthoods? Many Christians sleep well, not even hearing the silent scream of innocent human beings. Jesus weeps!
