PRETEND AUTHORITY

  Herod Antipas was anxious to see Jesus. He was a famous man and had “entertained” the multitudes for quite some time. “When Herod saw Jesus, he was exceeding glad: for he was desirous to see him of a long season, because he had heard many things of him; and he hoped to have seen some miracle done by him” (Luke 23:8). Everyone wants to be entertained and Jesus had become quite famous. The “miracles” that Jesus had done were sleight of hand to Herod. By that time, the notoriety of Simon Magnus was known throughout the empire, and Jesus was said to be better than Simon! It was Jesus’s time to demonstrate that Israel’s Got Talent.

  “The Jews and said unto him, ‘What sign shewest thou unto us, seeing that thou doest these things?’ Jesus answered and said unto them, ‘Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up’” (John 2:18-19). By that, “Jesus” would be tested by Herod. He would have to wait awhile for the “magic show” for the Temple would not be torn down for seventy-years, and ultimately the Jews were responsible for the destruction of their own holy property. (Did the American mobs copy the zealots that caused Titus to destroy their own temple? They were surely oblivious of that, but mobs cause authorities to react. Now the mob cuts out the middlemen by destroying their own buildings.)

  The first temple, Solomon’s, was destroyed by the Suleucid Empire and Judaism outlawed. The Maccabee family gained the independence of Judea for a short while. They rededicated the Second Temple which had mostly been destroyed when Babylon defeated and dispersed the Jews.

Solomon dedicated his Temple to God (1 King 8:62-64), but God was there filling the Temple with His Holy Spirit. The Second Temple was dedicated, but God was not there, and its improvement and enlargement by Herod was done without the Presence of God. The “holy” temple was an unholy place, but the Jewish people depended on it for their existence.

  One excuse for Jesus’s indictment was that he was going to tear down their precious temple. Jesus, they believed, would displace the Kingdom of Herod with the Kingdom of Jesus. They had expected a “soldier king” on the order of Hasmoneus. Rather, they had gotten a priest on the order of Melchisedec:

¹¹ If therefore perfection were by the Levitical priesthood, (for under it the people received the law,) what further need was there that another priest should rise after the order of Melchisedec, and not be called after the order of Aaron? …¹⁷ Thou art (Jesus) a priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec. (Heb 7:11,17)

  The high priest would be upset; he was a Levite of the Aaronic priesthood, and here was Jesus; ready to overthrow the high priest. Not only that, but Antipas finally saw Jesus, not as the “court jester” but a pretender to His throne. Jesus came to be both King and Royal Priest! Like the high priests before him, Herod saw Jesus as a threat to his power. Herod, like the high priests and the mob, needed a pretense for Jesus’s indictment. As Jesus stood before Herod, the chief priests and scribes, “stood and vehemently accused Jesus.” It is supposed that Jesus’s “trick” would involve tearing down the Temple that Herod the Great had built, and the chief priests and scribes had a passion for that Temple building. Of course, the “trick” that Jesus would perform was reality and it would be done shortly, not right then. He allowed Himself to be torn down and rebuilt in three days. Of course, that refers to His death and resurrection. Pass the cup, please. No! Jesus would perform that miracle; Simon Magus was nowhere in sight.

  Simon Magus was tolerated, unlike Jesus. History revealed that Simon could levitate (fly) and even proclaimed himself the “Christ.”  Simon was the founder of Anti-Christianity (aka Gnosticism). In 1945, the Gnostic Gospels were found in Nag Hammadi, Egypt. Those false gospels made Jesus a licentious phantasm, yet millions of people to this day accept them as truthful, while at the same time deny the true Gospels. That was Simon’s trick, but he wasn’t there to compete with Jesus, although later on he did with Paul, as is written, “There was given to me a thorn in the flesh, the messenger of Satan to buffet me” (2 Cor 12:7). It is deduced that Simon was Paul’s “thorn” because he had his own travels around the empire much like Paul. Much of Paul’s preaching was against Gnosticism and false prophets.

  Herod, however, would not tolerate Jesus. Herod and his personal guards disparaged Jesus with contempt (Luke 23:10) and made Jesus a pretend king just like him (Luke 23:11). That Jesus would tear down the Temple and rebuild it in three days was absurd! Herod would not even test Jesus or His Power. Neither did he understand that Jesus’s “trick” would be sacrificing Himself to death and then resurrecting! People to this day still fail to understand that, and that happened but was no trick. There was no stand-in (no Judas) and no phantasm. Jesus did it all and paid it all!

  Herod lived a fantasy. He lived as if he was king just as Annas as if he was still high priest. Sinners are guilty too; they live as if they are gods. Herod was not truly a king and Annas not a high priest. Caiaphas allowed Annas to live that fantasy, and Caesar allowed Herod to live his. Judea was Herod’s and Annas’s “autonomous zone” but they really had no power there. Ironically, what little power they had was thanks to the Roman government turning a blind eye, and Pilate placating those pretenders. Is that much like the Seattle autonomous zone where inane and insane pretenders pretended that they had power. Was not their power vested in the police who placated them, and the mayor and governor who let them pretend?

  Where was Caesar when all this was happening? He was in his capitol waiting for Herod and Pilate to control the mob. He was waiting patiently just as President Trump has patiently awaited on Washington State to regain their empire. Again, there is nothing new under the sun.

Herod had not even allowed Jesus to explain Himself. How would Jesus destroy the Temple and rebuild it in three days? He ridiculed that as absurd. Even God could not do that! That would be less believable than Trump as a “Russian Spy.” Herod is typical of Hillary Clinton, the pretend “President.” She keeps insisting that she won fairly and is the rightful heir to Obama. Take your meds, Hillary, and write your grand speeches. Take your meds, Herod, and make Jesus a pretend king like yourself!

  Pilate and Herod became friends that day; the day that Jesus was ridiculed for sacrificing Himself for them. Jesus is always ridiculed, and His Power denied. He is accustomed to that, and even today, pretend important people still do that. Discerning Christians all along realized that first the mob came for statues of confederate heroes, and next would come statues of American heroes. They knew soon they would come for the “statues” of Jesus — the Bride of Christ herself — the Church, and now they have. It remains Jesus who the mob is after and the Church is in the way. What should Christians do? Pray and fast because the Church is inhabited by demonic spirits and, “This kind goeth not out but by prayer and fasting” (Mat 17:21).

  Pray first for the heretical mainstream churches that allow the propagation of abortion, same-sex marriage, and other Nicolaitane doctrines that God hates so intensely (Rev 2:6). Pray also that demonic spirits be cast out of the mob into real pigs, according to Scripture, not the policemen. Is that not what the mob is doing? Casting their demons into the “pigs” (policemen) just as Jesus did with them in the country of the Gergesenes (Mat 8:32)? The policemen do not have the demons; the mob does.

  What did Herod do with Jesus? Realizing that he had no real power, he also feared that if he freed Jesus, the mob would turn on him. Few had any respect at all for this pretend king and would not have tolerated his fake form of justice or his pretend policemen. Herod knew that the only power that He had was the same as Pilate — only the power authorized by Caesar, and Caesar would allow both to be pretend leaders. Before, Herod and Pilate, both pretending for power, had enmity for each other. “That very day Pilate and Herod became friends with each other” (Luke 23:12). They pretended together as if they were kings. The common enemy had brought them together.

  The mob today is made up of diverse groups of people. For the purpose of destroying Trump, the day that George Floyd was killed, they all became friends. Why? They all have a common purpose. Like Herod and Pilate, their purpose was control. Jesus stood in the way of Herod and Pilate. For the mob today, their purpose is to control the masses, and who stands in the way? First, the police but also the American “Caesar”, Donald Trump. In the end, Jesus stands in the way because He is true King, and Trump merely anointed for a few years.

  Herod did put on a great performance. The crowd surely laughed wildly when the carpenter Jesus was made to wear royal remnant as if He is truly King. Herod laughed at Jesus and Jesus surely bowed to him. In the end, “Every knee shall bow to me (Jesus), and every tongue shall confess to God” (Rom 14:11) for Jesus is even “King of kings and Lord of lords” (1 Tim 6:15). Herod, Pilate, Annas, Caiaphas and even Caesars will bow to Jesus on that Great and Terrible Day… a terrible day for them!

RUNNING THE GAUNTLET

  Indigenous people have their accused run the gauntlet. The mob had their “gauntlet” as well!

  So far nothing had worked. The mob had already judged Jesus when he was arrested in the Kidron Valley. The multitude were persuaded that Jesus was a fraud, even after glorifying Him on the previous Sunday. They had seen His miracles that only God could do, but there was something instinctual in most of them that made them the beasts they were. Some were more docile, but others most rabid. Just as Seth’s righteous seed years before had watched Cain’s line sin, and joined in, thenceforth, docile creatures had become feral beasts — a lower animal who is contemptible.

  The only difference between the beasts and mankind was that God had breathed life unto mankind and had not the other animals. His “breath” was His Spirit, and the animals did not have that. When the Serpent turned man decadent, the “beast” in him was revealed. The “blood” of the beastly Serpent turned Adam and Eve into lesser creatures, lower than the angels (Psalm 8:5). Sin lowered them further. There was a sort of “evolution” since the beginning, a “devolution” as mankind gets a little lower and lower. They were at the lowest when the mob surrounded Jesus. They were as feral as any wild beast. Nothing would quench their thirst except for blood. Indeed, the blood of Jesus was the living water that made them thirst, not for righteousness but vengeance.

  Then Jesus was taken to the high priest that had been forsaken. He was priest of the Deep State. Annas further incited the mob, attempting to legitimatize their scheme, Annas turned to his son, Caiaphas. Then when no guilt was found, Jesus could not be found spiritually guilty, so the mob turned to a possible civil infraction and took Jesus to the governor, Pontius Pilate. Pilate found no fault in Jesus; He was innocent of all charges, spiritual and civil.  Only the mob had found cause to punish Jesus and it was created. Emotional distortion of the Law was all they had. They wanted Jesus’s blood and nothing else would do! They wanted to do away with awful Christianity and the One in the way was Jesus. He must die! There was no other way.

  Is that scenario not resounding in your mind? Knowing that God either does not exist or is too powerful to die, can you not see that Christians are the real target? That they are the only obstacle between civility and chaos; between unity and anarchy; between love and hatred? Without Jesus everyone is free to hate without fear of reprisal. They can persecute with impunity. They can establish Satan’s kingdom of Earth.

  Look in the mirror. If you are a Christian, you are in the way. The world is in transition. In the year 2020, the age is in transition from Pisces to Aquarius, from the Christian Era to the era of the Antichrist. Adam looked at the Beast and failed to see Satan. The mob looked at Judas and failed to see Satan. In the end, the world will look at the Beast but still fail to see Satan. His will be done, not the will of God.

  No confidence can be given to the signs of the Zodiac except that is a real phenomenon. It is not to guide anyone’s path, but merely to point to the Way. Jesus was born when Pisces was ascendant and that 2000-year period is the Christian Age, lasting until Pisces is descendant and Aquarius ascendant. Thereafter, Great Tribulation awaits. The Antichrist, perhaps Isa, will replace Jesus as “god.” Vengeance will belong to Isa, according to the Koran, and the target will be Christians and converted Jews.

  The Great Tribulation will ascend as slowly as the Age of Aquarius. The exact date of Aquarius ascending is not known in that the constellations are of different dimensions. Only God knows when the Age of the Antichrist will be, but He has given signs to all those who are cognizant enough to see them. There will be a change in society. It will devolve until the conditions at the time of Noah arrives again. Like the flood which did not seem very threatening when the rain commenced — a rain they had never seen before — gradually the waters got deeper until the old creatures were destroyed as the water reached a crescendo. The flood of Noah’s time gives clues to the end of days.

  The Age of Aries was from approximately 2160 BC until 0 BC when the Christian era began. The Noahic Flood commenced at the estimated date of 2166 BC (Brian 2018). “Aries” represents the ram. The highlight of Aries was the Abrahamic Covenant, instituted at the dawn of the Age of Aries. At that time, God provided a ram for the sacrfice in His stead. The Age of Aries is the age of hope, and the Age of Pisces, the age of Hope revealed with Jesus Christ.

  The age of Taurus the bull commenced around 4400 BC and lasted until Noah’s time (estimated by astrologers as 2200 BC). Of course, the age of Taurus would spiritually represent Baal (aka El in the Hebrew). That was a time when El and Elohim were confused. According to the Jewish Calendar, the beginning of the world would have commenced with the age of Taurus. The point is that the Age of Aquarius means “the age of water” and as such will be as in the days of the Noahic Flood. It will end when the water is “extinguished,” and the heaven and the earth cleansed by fire.

  Is the world like it was in the time of Noah when God’s only alternative was to start over? Sacred Literature describes that age: Imagine a primitive version of Woodstock where everyone does as they wish, or as scripture says, “What is right in their own eyes” (Deut 12:8) and did again when there was no law (Jud 17:6). In the days of Noah, the people were the law, and their “autonomous zone” was much like the Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone (CHOP) in Seattle. Jesus’s mob had created an autonomous zone which went wherever they went because in each place the law was disregarded.

Gradually, like an ocean wave, more and more autonomous zones with mob rule will arise until the Antichrist joins the fray. Then it will be too late. The mob will realize that they have been had. There are no autonomous zones and people cannot do “What they wilt!” (from the Satanic Motto.) They can only do what Satan wills for them to do. Soon after, they will discover that their autonomous socialistic government is really a one world dictatorship wherein everyone must do whatever the governing Beast demands they do! That is always the outcome of socialism, and it will be the outcome in the end. People, unbeknownst to them are already accepting the Mark of the Beast with the acceptance of Islam. [1]

  The mob, taunting Jesus in each phase of His persecution became “fierce” when Pilate found no wrong in Him (Luke 23:5). By “coincidence,” Herod was in Jerusalem and since Jesus was a Galilean and was in Herod’s jurisdiction, Pilate sought to wash his hands of the travesty by sending Jesus to Herod (Luke 23:6-7). Just as Jesus was passed from one judge to another, hoping that someone would find evidence, Mr. Trump suffered the same fate. The mob, in Jesus’s case, had already determined His guilt, and all that remained was to find causation for judgment, and if no crime was found, to create a criminal offense. They were not searching for justice, but cause for their injustice.

  The mob manufactured evidence: this man is crazy, he ate with sinners, he is a drunkard, Mary got close to Him, and finally, this man claims to be God. Just like that… Jesus was never God but was a Narcissist.

  What is the chief accusation against Donald Trump? The masses think that he is a Narcissist. They hate him for his works just as with Jesus. Jesus did great spiritual things, and Mr. Trump great social and economic things. Both were hated for what they did and what they stand for! Both had to run the gauntlet as each judge whipped them fiercely. What will Herod do? Next the reader will see the “justice” that Herod rendered.

SPIRITUAL "DEEP STATE" - SOME LIVES MATTER

BARABBAS’S LIFE MATTERED

  Judea was the client state and paid tribute to the Roman Empire. It was a Roman colony much as the Americans were before independence. Herod the Great, when Jesus was born, feared that Jesus came to replace his Herodians. Herodians had been out to get Jesus since He was born. They only awaited a reason to justify His death. Herod was king by the grace of Julius Caesar, but he was not truly a king, but a puppet of Rome. Herod did whatever the Romans allowed him to do. Since wars determine the victor and who rules, Rome was the legitimate government of all of “Syria” in that Judea was nothing more to the Romans than Syrians.

  The Jews, then and now, had great faith in the Maccabees who had fought for Jewish independence from the Greek Seleucids and had ruled for over one-hundred years. The Maccabees were descendants of Hasmoneus (Hasmonean Dynasty). Herod was not a true Maccabean as he was only half Jew and half Idumean. Herod feared everyone and depended on Caesar for protection from all his enemies.  To further complicate matters, one brother, Mattathias Maccabee became totally independent of the high priest as the religious ruler. Zealots had hidden in the mountains and were in insurrection against the system. Barabbas was one of the insurrectionists, as can be seen from Scripture:

⁶ Now at that feast he released unto them one prisoner, whomsoever they desired. ⁷ And there was one named Barabbas, which lay bound with them that had made insurrection with him, who had committed murder in the insurrection. (Mark 15:6-7)

  Barabbas, as Joe Biden would say, was a “really bad dude.” Of course, Biden threatened to scourge Corn Pop with a chain, but in the end had mercy and released him from his authority as lifeguard. Barabbas was Pilate’s “really bad dude” but here he was, afraid of the crowd as politicians are wont to be! Pilate did not fear Jesus because He had exhibited nothing but love. He did, however, fear Barabbas because he had murdered wantonly. Pilate feared the vengeful mob more than he feared civil Jesus or the criminal Barabbas.

  Is that not the problem in today’s situation? Do not the politicians and even the crony capitalists fear the mob more than Jesus and the more civil people? Why does the left and the technical giants fear the mob so intensely? Because mobs strike fear in the hearts of men!

  “But the chief priests stirred up the crowd” (Mark 15:11). Clerics were the very ones who demanded that Barabbas be released, and Jesus crucified. Indeed, the church is the very ones that incite the mob today with their socialist ideology of “social justice” and “liberation theology.”  The chief priest and his father should have been vindictive against Barabbas, remembering that his mentor was the one that had stolen their power under Mattathias. But here they were, shouting “release Barabbas.” This is again the situation that the enemy of my enemy is my friend.

  Barabbas, a Maccabean, would not want Jesus as High Priest because the Maccabeans had assumed that role. The high priest would not want Jesus to fulfill that role because they saw Jesus as a higher priest like Melchizedek had been centuries before. On this occasion, suddenly the high priest became friends with his adversary (Barabbas) because the goal of both was to undermine Jesus.

  Why have liberal socialist Democrats allied themselves with Muslim immigrants? Because both groups want Jesus dead. Democrats now openly advocate taking God out of both public and private influence, and Muslims want Jesus dead to the world for when their Isa comes. [1] The two ideologies have allied themselves based on their common hatred of Jesus Christ. Jesus is a threat to socialism who Marx saw as an obstacle, and to Mohammad, who saw him as a secondary prophet in competition with himself for the souls of men. The enemy of their enemy is their friend just as always.

  In the case of Barabbas, who won the day? Was it the chief priests or Barabbas? Neither — Jesus had won the day and the future as well, but it took both several years to understand that. When Jesus died, Judas, hanging nearby, gave up his own Satanic “ghost” and was the loser. Satan was a “loser” because Judas’s death was to no avail. He had died in vain! Perhaps that is why the command to not take God’s Name in vain is so important — because Jesus’s Purpose was not in vain, but Judas’s was.

  The crowd shouted to free Barabbas, the enemy of both the State and of the “church.” Barabbas was the enemy of Herod and of Pilate; of the high priest and his father; and of Jesus. Yet Barabbas was freed because the mob wanted it. The Man who loved them so much that He was willing to die that they not perish (John 3:16), was killed by the very mob for which He was facing death. At that time, everyone was the enemy of everyone, but their common purpose was that Jesus must die!

  Historically, the Democrat Party has been the enemy in chronological order of the Muslims under Jefferson, American Indians under Jackson, Negroes, northerners, Jews, foreigners, and even Catholics under the Ku Klux Klan. Until the 1960s, Democrats openly admitted “white supremacy.” Now they accuse conservatives and Christians of the same thing they have done. The Democrats, although in denial, cheer on the mob. They incite all those without regard to who they are to call for the President’s impeachment and even death! The Democrats have allied with all their enemies for two purposes: (1) For power to run their own modern version of the plantation, and (2) to diminish God.

  The Democrats want God out, but the black Christians stand in their way. Blacks who are Christians must be taken very seriously. They are doing what they think is right. However, Democrats incite them to demand that the guilty remain free, but the innocent, or better said, “less guilty” be crucified. Why is there so much division today? Because the left-wing Democrats incite the peaceful into mobs who must have someone’s blood. That was the case then and now, and those who were merely there for the show in Jesus’s time, or perhaps even to support Jesus, were incited to scream for Barabbas and against Jesus. The mob wanted Jesus gone, but Barabbas stood in the way. Custom was to release one prisoner to satisfy the Jews, but the mob wanted the insurrectionist freed.

  Why did the Romans have that custom? Because there were fewer Romans in Judea than Jews. That was the way of placating the Jewish mob because the Romans knew that they would rebel. The Romans would release one prisoner out of fear there would be an uprising by the multitude of Jews. Barabbas was freed, not out of mercy, but Gentile fear of the Jewish mob. Civil authority was dismissed in favor of chaos. That is what civil authorities always do in the face of a mob. Why do mobs threaten violence? To cause fear in the hearts of men. Plantation owners always feared their slaves, and did much to appease them, and to scare them for that matter! Why were so many mean-spirited with their slaves? To keep them in line. Why were others so ameliorating to their slaves? To keep them appeased.

  Why did Democrats use the Klan? To intimidate blacks. Why do they author legislation for blacks? To appease them because of their fear of them. Fear of what? The loss of power that they hold over them. In the same old ways, they still intimidate the easy ones or placate the tougher ones.

In the case of Jesus, they yelled, “Crucify Him!” Pilate began to fear for his own safety, so, “To gratify the crowd, (he) released Barabbas to them” (Mark 15:15). Like it or not; the governors, politicians, educators, entertainers, and Congress yield to mobs to gratify them. Why would it be necessary to gratify the mob? Remember the socialist motto… From/to? The mob demands things, and those with power bow to their demands. In the case of Jesus and Barabbas, From the authorities, to those who need placated. Is that not how socialism works? It takes from those who can provide and gives to them who demand. The mob demanded, and Pilate relented.

  Why mobs? They intimidate. Mobs are not there to protest peacefully because they would not be heard. The mob shouted, “CRUCIFY HIM!” They wasted no time protesting to save Barabbas because most of the multitudes did not care if Barabbas was saved, but only that Jesus was destroyed.

The shout in these perilous times is, “Justice for George Floyd.” Blacks are murdered by blacks about every day. If black lives mattered, would they not care that black lives are lost in the big cities every day? Why is George Floyd so special? Like Barabbas long ago, Floyd had a criminal history.  Would they not care that blacks are murdered in the womb by Democrats in white gowns? Face it; George Floyd’s black life did not matter to the mob any more than Barabbas’s life mattered. What matters? That their emotions be placated. They cannot stand the thought that blacks are not in power just as the mob could not stand the idea that Jesus would not only be King of the Jews but King of kings!

  The struggle is not about “white privilege” at all but “black power.” Unfortunately, Democrats, as usual, offer some advancement. In antebellum times, some slaves were promoted to house servants and were treated like one of the family… except they had to serve their masters. Is that not how the Democrat Party works to this day? Many are wooed by the promise of advancement, but the time never comes except for a few who look much like their masters. As Joe Biden said about candidate Obama, "I mean, you got the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy, I mean, that's a storybook, man.” In effect Joe was saying, You other blacks mumble, are dull, dirty, and unattractive. Democrats, even on the plantation, favored those who best emulated them or slept with them. Sleepy “Creepy Joe” is “sleeping” with Obama.  At the present, black leaders are sleeping with the enemies!

  In the case of Jesus, it was about power. Too many Jews and Gentiles were following Jesus, and the Jewish establishment felt threatened. If that new sect became great, then the elite in Judea would be diminished. The high priests, Herodians, Pharisees, Sadducees, scribes, and even the multitudes of Jewish citizens were out to get Jesus because he threatened their way of life! Is that not the same with Mr. Trump who they fear because he has the power and authority to expose corruption? Jesus “asked” for it when he called those merchants in the Temple, “a den of robbers” (Mat 10:31). The Jews thought that Jesus was out to expose their usury and hypocrisy, but more so, their religiosity as a ploy for power. They thought that they could gain favor by doing good things (social justice) rather than loving God and their fellow men. Trump made the same mistake my revealing why he was running for president.

  “Love” is not an emotion or Jesus would not have commanded it. It is wanting that “none should perish” and is a requirement. The mob wanted Jesus to perish so that they could continue with their own plan to diminish others. The mobs, just as Adam and Eve, perceived themselves as gods to control others. Can you imagine the thrill they had when even the Prelate, Pilate, caved into their irrational demands? Who would have thought that people would prefer a thug to a loving Jesus? Well, the mob did just that, and still do. They want the thugs alive and well, but Jesus dead. Even modern churches have chimed in and legitimized the Black Lives Matter organization.

  That black lives matters is contrary to Jesus’s Purpose in dying — that all lives matter, the “whosoever” in John 3:16. It is as if Jesus came to save merely black lives. It would be racist to think that Jesus came because Jewish lives only matter. It is racist to think that black lives matter; but Jewish, Chinese, Latino, and white lives do not matter. To the mob, neither did Pilate’s life matter because they would have attacked him if he had not relented. They would have battled the Roman “cops” (Centurions) because their lives did not matter to them. In fact, that day, only Jesus’s life mattered, and they wanted it intensely. The mob is still out to crucify Jesus although long ago He defeated death!

SPIRITUAL "DEEP STATE" - JUST PILATE

JUST PILATE

  Pontius Pilate was a “prefect” of the Roman province of Judea. The purpose of the prefect was not so much as govern but enforce Roman law. In other words, Pilate was the “FBI” of the Roman government. Unlike the FBI, Pilate could judge and punish whereas the FBI seeks evidence, and lets the judicial system determine guilt and the penal system to punish. As such, a prefect was more like the Russian KGB than the US FBI. Unlike the KGB, though, prefects investigated true evidence and if the accused was a Roman citizen, it was a fair process. Rome had been a republic up until 27 BC, but during the time of Jesus, the Roman Empire was a monarchy. The Caesars, cruel as they were, still had a senate and the citizens were represented and respected for the most part.

  Pilate’s background was not from nobility. His own Samnite people had been defeated by the Romans and he was an ordinary man who was just doing his job. He was not Caesar but gave unto Caesar what was his. In this case, it was enforcing the Law of Caesar. Roman monarchs were of the imperial cult. Julius Caesar was honored as a god, as was his son, Augustus. Tiberius would also have been considered a Roman god. As such, statues of any of the Caesars would be images of false gods.

  Generally, Rome was tolerant of religions and allowed conquered nations to keep their gods. Pilate would have no problem if Jesus had been a statue of a god, but here He was, a “god” in the flesh just like the Caesars! Pilate’s god in God’s Face would not be Jesus but would include Caesar in the Roman pantheon of gods and goddesses. That Jesus considered Himself “God” would not have caused consternation with Pilate, but the claim to kingship might have been disturbing. Herod himself was a tetrarch but considered himself a Hasmonean “king.”

  The Herodians supported that notion and they too were out to get this new King. Herod would be more offended at Jesus than Pilate, but Herod’s people would lose popular support if they killed an innocent man. Therefore, Pilate was used as a “tool” for the prosecution to carryout the public execution. The Jews would surely blame Roman justice and the Herodians would get revenge without blame. Pontius Pilate may have been savvy to their scheme and feel as if he was being used. Unknown to Annas, Caiaphas, the mob, or Pilate; they were all useful tools for Satan so that he would be king.

  Lucifer knew that he would never truly be king. He had tried that mutiny before when He endeavored to have God abdicate His throne to him. When Adam and Eve sinned against God, think on that; Satan had all mankind on his side. In his own eyes, he perceived himself as “King” because God had been diminished. Can you imagine Satan’s consternation when God came to save the day with his coats of flesh? Satan had been king for the day but would quickly be demoted to a mere “prince” and still a “pretender to the throne” of God.

  Those who pretend to monarchial thrones are the imperial “Deep States.” Nearly all kings and emperors had pretenders to their thrones. In the background, some claim to be in line for the highest office and in effect, pretend to already be that higher authority. Usually the heir to the thrones were ambitious and impatient, and they would be in a hurry to be king. David’s son, Absalom, would be king. He revolted against David, God’s ordained future king. Absalom pretended to David’s throne, and unlike David who patiently awaited his reign, Absalom hurried the process, fearing that he would never be king. In typology, Absalom was a “Satan” figure.

  It may be that the Jewish Sanhedrin considered Jesus a Satan figure as well. The Pharisees accused Jesus after he had cast out devils, “This fellow doth not cast out devils, but by Beelzebub the prince of the devils” (Mat 12:24). Rather than seeing Jesus as the true King and heir to God, the Pharisees saw Him the heir to Satan and feared Him. Fear ruled over the entire Jewish nation, but for different reasons: the Herodians feared he would displace Antipas Herod, the chief priest feared that Jesus would be a Higher Priest (He was; on the order of Melchizedek), the Pharisees feared that he would do away with their Law, the scribes feared that their transcriptions would be discarded, and the Jewish people feared that their precious Temple would be torn down. Fear of Jesus created the spiritual Deep State.

  With all that fear, and they should have known better, Jesus was not to be feared because He was the promised Messiah. Perhaps few wanted a Messiah. That would change things and they had become comfortable as they were. Jesus never let them be at ease. Each and everyone of those against Him were certainly convicted. Conviction has two alternatives: change or rejection. Most who call themselves “Christians” are convicted and feel guilt, but they reject change. That is what Bonnhoeffer considered “cheap grace.” The majority outright rejected conviction and guilt, leaving the alternative to reject grace. Jesus death was a rejection of grace. Grace is reprieve from deserved punishment, but the multitude did not want reformation and pardon, but continuation in their comfort zone.

  Living in sin is not only pleasurable but comfortable. However, to feel comfortable, either the laws must be discarded, or the punisher eliminated. The Jews would not change the Law, so they chose to destroy the Punisher.

  In the United States, the law is hard to change. It takes years and impatient people are like Absalom. They take the law into their own hands and become “kings” themselves. Whoever is behind the Black Lives Matters movement and Antifa are more like Absalom. They want to kill the President, but that would be rejected by the people. President Trump is in the same situation as Jesus was. The Jewish Deep State wanted Jesus dead but did not want to lose the peaceful multitude. They enlisted the “cops” to kill Jesus. The American Deep State will not murder President Trump but will diminish him given any serious crises. Given the pandemic, it is a huge crisis and now the Deep State has made him the root cause of the pandemic. Trump is not God! He could not do that, but the Deep State has basically accused him of being a demon. He had to be to cause a plague! How else could he have sent the coronavirus?

  Given that the Deep State, after failing to successfully convict Trump after impeachment, there remained two choices: (1) diminish him, or (2) remove his authority. The Deep State will not shoot the President (right now), but they will diminish him by removing his authority. Their only hope is for a defeat in the 2020 election. Hence, what people are seeing is the Deep State diminishing Trump so profoundly that inept Joe Biden, the pretender to the presidency, actually becomes the president. Old Joe is their tool for power. Biden thinks that he us useful, but he is the Deep State’s fool, or court jester, if you prefer.

  Who will truly be president if Trump loses the election? The chief demon himself, the “Power” George Soros. He will be the invisible Deep State president along with his own “Sanhedrin” led by the Squad of Four. But what about Jesus?

  Coming out of the dark unto the light,  “When the morning was come, all the chief priests and elders of the people took counsel against Jesus to put him to death: And when they had bound him, they led him away, and delivered him to Pontius Pilate the governor” (Mat 27:1-2). Somehow the verdict was death. He was never sentenced by anyone in authority, but the mob yelled “Crucify him! Crucify Him!” Pilate was faced with a dilemma; he either had to satisfy the law or the mob. The easier thing to do was satisfy the mob. However, Pilate gets some credit; he endeavored to placate the mob by releasing one prisoner. Would it be Barabbas, or would it be Jesus?

  In honor of their “feast” the custom was to release a prisoner (Mark 15:16). For the Jews, the occasion was not a feast in the “summer of love” as in Seattle, but a seven-day Passover Feast. Ironically, the Jews were celebrating the Death Angel passing over them during the Exodus, but there they were, passing over the Messiah who saved them from the Death Angel. The Jews were confused about the purpose of the feast that they were celebrating. Were they celebrating the death of Pharaoh’s son or were they glorifying God for saving them? They thought they were glorifying God by killing God because they failed to understand God. God is not as you understand Him, but who He IS. They killed Jesus because they failed to understand God!

  Pilate found Jesus without any faults at all. What was left for Him to be crucified? Excuses! “And they were the more fierce, saying, ‘He stirreth up the people, teaching throughout all Jewry, beginning from Galilee to this place’” (Luke 23:5). Who was really stirring up the people? The mob and the Jewish aristocracy, the spiritual Deep State. They were accusing Jesus of stirring up the nation, but that is what they were doing.

  In the United States, the daily accusation is that Trump’s Tweets® are stirring up the people for division and hatred. The President has even been blamed for George Floyd’s death because he sets the demeanor for the nation. As Jesus before him, Mr. Trump is the chief demon who stirs-up everyone’s demons. Notwithstanding that, hatred has been extant since Cain murdered Abel. President Trump has taken the place of Cain in this modern age. Not only that, Mr. Trump has been accused of being an “Absalom” who forced his way into the presidency. For the mob, Hillary Clinton was ordained to be president and Mr. Trump was a mere pretender to the position. Thus, for Trump to abdicate or be removed from office, in the feeble minds of liberals, is justifiable because he was not in line to be president. It was Hillary’s turn!

  Everything is the President’s fault, they say. He is stirring up the nation just as Jesus was. That is the Democrat’s excuse for impeachment but that is not an impeachable offense. The “Swamp” needed stirred-up and turned over to prepare it to be smoothly drained! Stirring-up people was Jesus’s Purpose. He was to give the Jews a chance to change before He died. He was sent to stir up the iniquitous to a state of righteousness. That did not happen, so he died in their place.

  Of course, Mr. Trump is not Jesus, but he is a David. Think on that; David was a sinful man after God’s own heart. David, even a sinner, had a perfect heart (1 Kings 11:4). The same seems to be the case with Mr. Trump. His heart is on what is right. America has gone wrong, and “Make America Great Again” is not Germanic Nazism but Jewish Spiritualism. God endeavored time after time to make Israel great again, but each time the spiritual Deep State rebelled. The chronicles of the kings are repetitive with greatness and iniquity. “Great” means different things to different people. For the Nazis and KKK, it meant white supremacy and nationalism. To rational Americans, it means to allow God to increase His people.

  Jesus came to make the earth great again — a return to Paradise. It happened in the hearts of Christian people, but it is not the mob that will inherit Paradise in earth, but the meek. The mob mentality seeks peace and Utopia in the world by rebellious arrogance, but in the end, they will perish.

  Jesus looked at the mob and sweated blood in agony. He was not agonizing for Himself but for their rebelliousness. How could His creatures be so mean and chaotic? The agony of Jesus was not about His death but His people’s.

  What should Christians think about the conditions in the world today? Should they despise the mob or love them? Jesus loved them so intensely that He died that they would not. Christians should pray for the mob, especially the rebellious millennials who know not what they do because they have never experienced socialism. But neither have they ever truly experienced Jesus! The mob should experience Jesus. They did when Jesus was crucified, and Jesus gave them a chance to become “great” again. Few did. Until the end, however, everyone should have the chance. That is “spiritual justice” (John 3:16).

SPIRITUAL "DEEP STATE" - THE SANHEDRIN

DEEP STATE AND THE SANHEDRIN

  The spiritual “war” was waged from the beginning. Before Adam sinned, the Serpent’s plan was made. It was simple and uncomplicated. Satan, in disguise as a mild-mannered liberal creature, used the “stupidity” of the first people against them. Adam and Eve had only the knowledge of “good.” For that reason, they were gullible. Satan was about to use their ignorance of evil against them.

  Secular humanism (liberalism) proposes that all people, even criminals, are basically good and deserve respect. The entire idea behind defunding the police is that people are good, and the police cause them to do wrong. Racial injustice is based on the premise that minority races are good and only white privilege makes them do wrong things. In other words, minorities do not break the law, the law breaks them! Liberal Christian denominations also espouse the idea that mankind is basically good, and all they need is to be treated with generosity and respect. In truth, many who receive the most charity expect more charity, and when it is not forthcoming, they show no respect.

  Secular humanism, “Is the belief that humanity is capable of morality and self-fulfillment without belief in God” (Merriam-Webster 2003). That leaves open the questions (1) Who decides morality? (2) What satisfies a person’s estimation of themselves? and (3) If there is no God, who fulfills the selves? Secular humanism is each person deciding what is right, what makes them happy, and justify taking from others to satisfy themselves. As you may have perceived, “secular humanism” is basically socialism, and is contrary to Judeo-Christian doctrine.

  Why are secular humanists against God? He decides morality, He fulfills as He Wills, and God is real and the Grantor of all things. Satanism is “doing what thou wilt.” So, it should be obvious that secular humanism is not good but is the epitome of evil. Socialism does have a religion; it is an anti-religion, and especially anti-Christianity. “Social justice” is a tenet of secular humanism, meaning that liberal churches who pursue that ruse practice Satanism without even knowing it. “Satanism!” you exclaim. “I am appalled. I would never worship Satan.” Back to Satan: He was cunning enough to use the Serpent, knowing that “rational” people would not believe in demons. On the other hand, stupid people did not question why and how a snake could talk.

  Satan likes the idea that people do not believe in demons. Demon-belief makes Christians sound crazy. Likewise, Satan likes the idea that people disbelief in the Deep State. If they do not see things, for spiritually blind people, they do not exist. Atheism itself is disbelief in God because He cannot be sensed. God solved that problem when He manifested Himself for the human senses. Jesus, as God’s Flesh, did things that only a god could do, yet the people still rejected that tangible evidence.

To the public, demons are mere myth. Likewise, to them, the Deep State is merely a conspiracy propagated by delusional people. Jesus came and showed people demon activity, but they still rejected the idea of demons. Now that the socialists have revealed the Deep State, gullible people still disbelieve. Because something cannot be seen, does not make it non-existent. The very idea that disbelief can cancel out reality is irrational. [1] God said that there are things unseen; things that are out to get you: “We wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places” (Eph 6:12).

  There is a celestial sphere. It appears to be a dome way out there. For all practical purposes it is a flat screen, or as Isaiah called it, a “curtain.” Within the celestial sphere, Enoch saw celestial beings: angels, archangels, principalities, powers, virtues, dominions, thrones, cherubim, and seraphim. Those unseen existences have a hierarchy. “Principalities” are extremely powerful unseen existences; they are “princes” of the netherworld, and they control the learning of groups of people. They are the demonic influences behind wrong education. They are why people believe the lie as they make lies seem palatable.

  “Powers,” as the name suggests, are even more powerful. Powers are Satan’s soldiers that wear his armor. They have the authority to supervise the movements of the Cosmos. “Rulers of Darkness” are those with the power to distort the truth. They substitute Satan’s dark reasoning for God’s Light. They make wrong things seem right, and right things seem wrong. They cast a shadow over the demonic world so that their existence is concealed. They also conceal the Deep State that exists in both the physical and spiritual world.

  Eve warred with them. Satan was in the Serpent, but Rulers of Darkness were in her mind. As soon as she was deceived, Powers displaced God’s Holy Spirit in her. Then Principalities surely came into her soul and convinced her that she had not died. They convinced Eve that she was okay, the Serpent was okay, and that Adam was okay. None of them were “okay” but both Adam and Eve had died a spiritual death and soon felt that and were guilty. God had mercy on their gullibility and saved the day!

  With that background, there has always been spiritual warfare and there has always been a spiritual “Deep State.” King David’s “Deep State” used Bathsheba to get to him. If you have fornicated or committed adultery, the spiritual “Deep State” provided an attractive person to impassion you. Samson’s Deep State sponsored Delilah, but it was not her that benefitted, but those who used her for their nefarious purposes. Samson was the strongest man who ever lived but Powers defeated him as Rulers of Darkness made his sins seem palatable.

  Satan unleashes the same angels of darkness on everyone. Few blame Samson for falling for Delilah. She was extremely beautiful and enticing. What Samson did was because his flesh was weak, albeit the Spirit of God which was in him since birth was willing. Even Paul had a “thorn in his side,” but many Christians are castigated because they have sinned. The Rulers of Darkness makes the sins of others greater than one’s own sins, and subsequently, Christians judge harshly. They condemn others but fail to condemn themselves. Christians rationalize their sins by diminishing them in comparison to others. Many marriages are ruined because of minor infractions and jealousy. Satan smiles at the ease of that!

  Nearly everyone, even Christians, have experienced crises in their marriages and among family members as well. Satan, using his Powerful forces, easily destroys families, yet Christians think they can wrestle with evil forces without God. God died on the behalf of everyone foolish. “All have sinned” could have been said, “All have been foolish,” because they have been persuaded by forces unseen to do things that they would not otherwise do. Demonic forces have convinced most that there is no spiritual warfare in progress. That is why it is so easy for nefarious forces to do their damage.

Liberals and the media see people who destroy cities as picnickers on holiday. Cops and civil people see them as lawbreakers and gangs. Minorities see them as fighters for social justice. Conservatives see them as the Deep State, but Christians should see behind the scenes; that it is spiritual warfare. People are not basically “good,” they are intrinsically “bad.” Everyone has the virus and its root cause was not from Chiiiiiinaaaah; it was from the Foundation Stone sitting beneath the Dome of the Rock in Jerusalem! That is where the spiritual Deep State was founded, and nearby on Calvary where it was defeated.

  The Sanhedrin was the spiritual “mafia” working in the shadow of darkness. Whatever they ruled was the Law. Note that God made the Law, Moses wrote it down, scribes made copies, but the Sanhedrin was the assembly that interpreted the Law and judged. Judaism was more of a legislative and judicial body than a religious organization. The government had become the religion, and at the end-of-time (the Apocalypse) that same Deep State will rule, not just Judea, but the entire world. The shadow government behind legitimate governments are guided by the Rulers of Darkness. Like it or not, Presidents Obama and Trump were anointed by God for His Purposes, just as evil Babylon was created to punish Judah, so that the Jews would desire God’s Law again.

However, just as when God anointed David in Saul’s place, David became the legitimate ruler and Saul the Deep State. What do those who are princes in the Deep State do? They endeavor to kill legitimate governments. That was what Saul did to David until God was through with him. Saul made David a godlier man. In like manner, Obama seems to have made Trump a more righteous man as well.

  Think of the trial with the Sanhedrin as Jesus’s “impeachment” process. All those who had judged Jesus before had found no infractions small or large. None of the multitude, even the mob, had any evidence of wrongdoing. The same was true with Donald Trump. Examine the case against Jesus: 

The chief priests and all the council sought for witness against Jesus to put him to death; and found none. For many bare false witness against him, but their witness agreed not together. (Mark 14:55-56)

  It was the same as with the “Judge Lynch” mob, Annas, and Caiaphas; whoever they found to testify were presenting false evidence. They were made out to be the liars who deserved punishment. Was it not the same was with Trump’s impeachment? “Impeachment” does not infer guilt. It means that the facts will be examined, and judgment made. That Jesus appeared before the Sanhedrin by no means makes Jesus guilty of anything. Likewise, the impeachment of Donald Trump did not convict him, but further proceedings vindicated him. And through it all, Trump, as Jesus long before, remained silent. He did not appear at his impeachment to address the scurrilous charges.

  The Sanhedrin asked Jesus if He did those things. What things? Things only God could do. Did Trump do those things that they brought up in his Ukrainian conversation? He sure did; he provided the telephone conversation which proved his innocence. But alas, the impeachment mob could not deal with factual evidence, so chairman Schiff made up his own “facts.” Are you not beginning to see it? Jesus was Trumped, or better said, Trump was treated wrongly just as Jesus was. Not that Trump was like Jesus, but that the Deep State then and now has the same way of doing evil.

  The Sanhedrin, after condemning Jesus for no wrongdoing, asked, “What further testimony do we need? For we heard it ourselves from His own mouth” (Luke 22:71). What had they heard? The truth. What is truth in that case? That Jesus was who He claimed to be and did what a god would do. What did Trump’s defense say? That Trump is president and he only did what any president is authorized to do. They found no wrong in the case, the world against Jesus, nor the people against Trump.

  The Sanhedrin rubber-stamped the mobs’ contention. The Sanhedrin were misled by both the fake High Priest and the legitimate one. Both the Deep State and the legitimate state were against Him. The same goes for Trump. Behind the scenes there seems to be shady characters guiding and directing, and legitimate characters following their scheme to a “T.” No one knows for sure who the Powers in the darkness were; but Schiff, Nadler, Pelosi, and Shumer were their stooges.

  What happened at the fake trial of Jesus? All the lackies were convinced, but none of the others. There was no viable evidence against Jesus, but they moved forward with the trial anyway. The Sanhedrin had no power to crucify and had to pressure the Romans to do the evil deed for them. The Romans did not recognize Mosaic Law, so there was a legal bind. Something had to give. In the case of Jesus, the Romans bent the law of the Romans to fit Jewish Law. The Sanhedrin revised Roman Law without them even blinking an eye. In the case of Donald Trump, although he did only what was allowed by law, the US “Sanhedrin” bent it to their advantage and the public never caught on.

That is how the Deep State works. Somehow Eve saw the Law of God a little differently than it was. She added, “or do not touch” (Gen 3:3). Eve had no authority to change the law, but somehow the Deep State, like the Serpent, can cunningly convince that the law is different than what it seems. Who would ever dream that vandals destroying statues would be acceptable behavior? Rowdy people ignoring the law and getting away with it cancels the law. Politicians like Hillary Clinton getting away with breaking the law, nullifies the law.

  In antebellum times, whenever the Supreme Court ruled on a law, South Carolina or Georgia would merely “nullify” it by failure to obey the Court’s ruling. That is what mobs do; they either ignore laws or make their own laws to suit their purposes. Why is enforcement needed? Because everyone must obey the law, even those with which they disagree. People are revisionists in that they fit the law to their false perceptions.

  Democrat John C. Calhoun nullified the law before the Civil War and that was one of the reasons there was a war. The law can never be changed because of disagreement; it must be legislated and approved. Nullification is emancipating peoples from civil jurisprudence. The secession of southern states was an “emancipation proclamation” in itself. When the South resigned itself from the Union, that was the proclamation that northern laws do not apply to southern states. It was fitting that those states seceded because if they had not, then there would have been chaos within the Union much as there is today. History should not be rewritten, but just maybe secession, if it had been accepted by the North, would have led to more civility. Like it or not, the racial problem today stems from the Civil War. Perhaps the South would have seen that their socialist economy was an impedance to capitalism and human rights without them looking at Samuel Colt in the eye.

  The Confederacy socialistic? No, the plantation system was. That system was a government within a government. Not that they were secretive or vigilante, but that the socialist plantation system functioned within the Union. What’s more, the old plantation socialism still exists in metropolitan areas today. “Forget, Hell?” was the cry. The Democrats’ legacy was using blacks for their purposes. What has changed? Only recently have Democrats quit using God as justification for keeping their human property as they did in days of long ago. Or maybe they have all along and merely kept it under their white hoods.

  The South did the right thing. They withdrew. Like it or not, secession was Constitutional. Even the colonies had seceded from a government that infringed on their life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness. Secession is a civil way, and that could have been contested through the judicial system, but the Union skipped over the Constitution as radicals always do.

  What is the implication? That the Civil War was unjust. It could have been avoided if done according to the law. Likewise, the implication is that civil people, if they are less radical, could settle whose lives matter. Mobs cannot do that because just as sin begets sin, violence begets violence. The Civil War never resolved anything, and therein lies the problem. Lincoln was shot by a zealot before civility was given a chance for the new nation.

  Before the War, the US was a nation of independent states. Afterwards, the US was a union consisting of the several states. It was indeed a new nation. Unfortunately, the new nation had the same people. There remained civil war in their hearts because hearts had not been mellowed but hardened. The US to this day is a nation of hardened hearts. As rebellious as they ever were, people still institute their own laws among men. Mob law is the law of those with herd mentality, or herd irrationality.

  Burger King® may let you have it your way, but the law must be for all the people, not special people. The problem remains that the US remains a nation of peculiar people who perceive themselves as special. In modern times there is a nation within nation with different laws for each. Black Lives Matter means that laws for them are their own beliefs.

  Some people believe in white supremacy, and others black power. Where is the difference? The solution for hatred requires that God be unnailed from His Holy Cross that the white supremacists and black power bullies have kept Him nailed. Pull out those nails! Let God bleed His love on you. Let us all be red with the blood of Jesus. What can save the nation? Nothing but the blood of Jesus! That is scriptural.

  Bullies nullify the law. That caused the not so “civil” war and continues the uncivility that is evident today. The movement, Black Lives Matter, is as bad as their confederate mentors. The Democrats have taught them the plantation system very well, and now they are using the same nullification that the South did before the War. CHOP, CHAZ, or whatever was an autonomous zone. It was soon evident that it was a chaotic zone. “CHOP” was quite fitting for their name.

Autonomous zones are the rebuilding of the plantation system. “Autonomous” is paradoxical. It was a crowd of egotistical people hurting others in the name of tolerance. The government in the autonomous zone was the most intolerant of the intolerant. They put Popper’s Paradox to good use. That paradoxical thought is the absurdity that it is acceptable to hate haters to rid the world of hatred.

  Within the Roman Empire were numerous autonomous zones. With each Roman client state, they were had their own laws and were autonomous in the administration of them. The Jewish grandees were brave when accusing, bullying, and persecuting; but when it came time to drive the nails and pierce the side of an innocent man, the cowards depended on the Roman “cops” to implement their silly and hypocritical laws.

  The autonomous Jewish multitude were confused people who did not even understand their own Law. They knew the details well, used it against others, but did what they personally wanted to do. They failed to even see that it was the finger of Jesus who wrote their own Law (Exod 31:18). The Jews still cannot see that their “Ten Words” were the Words of Jesus and were the Ten Prescriptions for eternal health! Neither does today’s mobs understand that civility is for their own good. What good does it do to tear down when love means to lift-up?

SPIRITUAL "DEEP STATE" - BEATING DOWN

BEATING DOWN THE ACCUSED

  Peter’s denial of even knowing Jesus must have been the greatest disappointment of Jesus. Peter began to curse and swear (Mat 26:74).  “Cursing” Jesus was that he should perish. “Swearing” is a bit obsolete in this context but it was acknowledging that to God. Peter swore to God that he wanted God dead! His exact words are unknown but the epithet G_____ d______ this Man who says He is God. That “GD” curse is the worst curse anyone could say, and God was about to be that for Peter’s sake.  Peter became part of the mob calling for Jesus to be damned.

  That hurt! Not that Jesus be damned, but that Peter, with poetic justice, would perish in like manner.

¹⁸ When thou (Peter) wast young, thou girdest thyself, and walkedst whither thou wouldest: but when thou shalt be old, thou shalt stretch forth thy hands, and another shall gird thee, and carry thee whither thou wouldest not. ¹⁹ This spake he, signifying by what death he should glorify God. (John 21:18-19)

  Peter cursed Jesus and by so doing, he cursed himself. He did, in fact, follow Jesus, and followed Him to his own death. Peter was crucified in Rome for following Jesus all the way to death. He endured to the end. Not feeling worthy of crucifixion in a similar fashion as Jesus, Peter asked that he be crucified upside down:

Hegesippus saith that Nero sought matter against Peter to put him to death; which, when the people perceived, they entreated Peter with much ado that he would fly the city. Peter, through their importunity at length persuaded, prepared himself to avoid. But, coming to the gate, he saw the Lord Christ come to meet him, to whom he, worshipping, said, "Lord, whither dost Thou go?" To whom He answered and said, "I am come again to be crucified." By this, Peter, perceiving his suffering to be understood, returned into the city. Jerome saith that he was crucified, his head being down and his feet upward, himself so requiring, because he was (he said) unworthy to be crucified after the same form and manner as the Lord was. (Foxe 1563)

  Peter perished although he damned Jesus. His fate was the same; Nero got to Peter in the same manner as Tiberias got to Jesus. Continually throughout history, the spiritual “Deep State” gets to Jesus by getting to His apostles and disciples. They can no longer touch Jesus, but they can His Holy Ghost through those whose “Temple” is his. Those who are not persecuted for His Namesake, perhaps, are not His. To this day, those who follow Jesus are persecuted all over the world. Foxe’s latest edition brings the martyring up to date. The mob, this instant, is still after Jesus and they get to Him through you.

  The mob will not rest until the Temple of Christ is torn down because Christians make up the “pillar” of the Church of Jesus. All who call themselves “Christians” are not under attack, as the “pillar” is made up of only “lively stones” whose service is acceptable to God (1 Pet 2:5).

  Christians should take great care in doing what is acceptable to God. Cursing and swearing as the mob does is not acceptable. Peter’s behavior was unacceptable, and he accepted the consequences. Christianity is not a “summer love fest” but an endurance race. Peter, as did Paul, ran the race and all the apostles became the foundation of the Church alongside the prophets of old (1 Cor 12:28). Peter cursed Jesus, but imagine the irony that Peter is on whom the universal physical Church was built. [1] His body lies beneath Saint Peter’s Basilica in Rome, one of the four personal churches of the Pope.

  Mobs curse and swear. That is their characteristic. Christians do not curse and swear; why would they stand behind the mob cursing and swearing. Cursing as evolved. It is more than damning but diminishing. Peter harshly diminished Jesus by his swearing, and now the mob does the same with sexual connotations. The “f-word” is the new curse. The mob damns their opponents by demanding that they fornicate. Against whom? Against God. The f-word should be just as horrendous to Christians as Peter’s damning. But what does the mob scream? Fornicate! Against whom? Jesus, the “bridegroom” of the Church.

  Philosophers of old, especially the Greeks, presented their arguments in organized and reasonable fashions. The truth was not demanded, but the debaters used persuasion. Paul, for instance, used the Greek philosophy to persuade Herod Agrippa; “Almost thou persuadest me to be a Christian” (Acts 26:28). Rational people use rational arguments to persuade their opponents. In other words, to not look at them as “opponents” but lives worth saving from perishing.

  Modern argument is uncivil. Americans are less civil than either the cool Greeks or rowdy Romans. Soon after a Christian argues with atheists and leftists, what happens? When the angry debater runs out of supportive evidence, name-calling ensues. Often, the debates are excitable and hasty as they resort to name-calling before any evidence is presented. That is what bullies do! They diminish rational people by shouting them down or by ridicule. Jesus was accused of being insane, a drunk, and a rabble-rouser. All the while it was rabble-rousers who accused Jesus. They know all about rabble-rousing because that was their Satanic inspired countenance.

  Face it, there are few civil arguments, and no one now is ever persuaded to change their viewpoints unless ultimate truth is revealed to them. Pilate asked Jesus, “What is truth?” The truth was reality; that Jesus IS God in the Flesh and that God came to die on behalf of the sins of His creatures. What is “truth” today? What the mob demands is their version, or perversion, of the truth. Mob mentality is believing lies that incite them to violence. With Jesus, He had proved that He IS God by his supernatural powers. That was not evidence enough for the Jews. They wanted to see God’s blood!

  Truth is not always what is seen. Behind actions there are cognitive, emotional, and even spiritual faculties. What may appear to be truth may not be the truth. Jesus appeared to be merely a man whose vocation was carpenter. He did not appear to be the “Tradesman” who made the materials and fashioned all existence but He Is. The mob did what creatures are known to do; turn on their Creator and to be greater than the One who caused them to exist.

  With that background, debaters must always be greater than the one they debate unless they are speaking the truth. Truth is ignoring fantastical thinking and exploring what is uncomfortable. The mob yells for change, but all they want is to remain comfortable in their fantastical world; the one where they are in charge and control. Children think that way, and the mob are like angry little children who think only of themselves. They want “justice,” but it must be justice their way. What do children do when they get angry at their person of authority? They throw and break their own toys. That is what mobs do. Like demanding children, the mob is “herd irrationality.”

  Agrippa was Paul’s enemy. He was under arrest by Agrippa. Rather than plead for his own life, Paul pleaded for Agrippa’s. He wanted that Agrippa never perish, the man who was his immediate enemy! That is ultimate and Godly love. Mobs want all their opposition to perish. The mob that crucified Jesus yelled, “Crucify Him!” They demanded that Jesus perish. Who stood between the mob and Jesus? Who sought justice for Jesus? Pontius Pilate was Caesar’s “cop.” As governor, the centurions did what Pilate judged to be right. The “policemen” were the centurions. What did Jesus say about them? “Then said Jesus, ‘Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do’” (Luke 23:34).

  Why do American mayors and governors do what Pilate did? He washed his hands of the matter and let the mob control the government. Then the mob crucified God because they lacked understanding. Mobs today destroy cities, even their own cities, thinking they are hurting others. All the while, they hurt themselves! Is screaming “black lives matter” convincing when those screaming are killing their own? Perhaps to them, no lives matter. That is the message they send by their actions! Why do they not care that black lives matter when Democrats scream, “Abort the babies!” when they are mostly black babies? Because black lives really do not matter, but black power and control does.

  The centurions were just doing their job. Unlike the mob and even Peter, they were not damning Jesus. Indeed, they were crucifying Jesus but unlike the mob, they did not demand that Jesus perish.  Policemen are much the same way. Good policemen, most of which are, merely do their duty, and are not after their own type of justice. They just attempt that justice be served.

  There were also “bad cops” at the crucifixion. Some of Pilate’s soldiers were inhumane in their treatment. The mob excites even the best men to join the fracas. Did they want Jesus dead? No, they wanted Jesus diminished, and they esteemed themselves by hurting Jesus.

  The soldiers did what they normally would not do because they had an audience. That is extremely juvenile behavior. Surely, as they taunted Jesus, the mob became more vocal. They were not damning Jesus but entertaining the mob. It was all a big show, and Pilate’s “cops” surely had no animosity against Jesus. As Gentiles, for them, he was just another “sub-human Jewish parasite.” Perhaps Chauvin was showing off for the crowd around him and things got out of hand as he “entertained” or sought to impress the on-lookers. Only he and God knows the truth whether he wanted Floyd to die or not.

  You see, people diminish others to elevate themselves. The soldiers became popular. Billions of people have read that the soldiers hurt Jesus, but how many can name one person who showed Him mercy? [2] Mercy is not, to the crowd, very impressive. How many today get recognition for their mercy? Mercy, in this case, would be to cease the injustice demanded by the mob for Officer Chauvin and let the authorities judge the case. Of course, Chauvin is not Jesus or even a type of Jesus but remember that the crowd had mercy on the zealot Barabbas as well!

  The trial was still not over. Jesus had escaped punishment from Annas, from Caiaphas, and from His friends; but their “Congress” would be next. There were two “houses” of their “Congress:” The Lesser Sanhedrin consisting of twenty-one rabbis, and a Great Sanhedrin consisting of seventy-two rabbis. The Greater Sanhedrin was led by the Nasi, or “president” of the Greater Sanhedrin. The overall Sanhedrin was very much like the US Congress with its two branches. The Greater Sanhedrin would be typical to the US House of Representatives, and the Lower Sanhedrin with the Senate based on both numbers and powers. “The Sanhedrin” would be akin to “the US Congress.”  The high priest was the presiding officer of the Sanhedrin; he was the Nasi (not to be confused with the German acronym “Nazi.”).

  As can be seen, the next trial for the people against Jesus would be in the Judaean “Congress” of sorts. The Nasi in modern US terminology would be the Speaker of the House of Representatives who presides over that “house.” The “house” wherein the Nasi High Priest presided was most certainly the Temple since that it where the “council” generally met. If that is so, the Sanhedrin would have been quite angry against Jesus because Jesus threw the merchants from the Sanhedrin’s domain. Why? The Temple should have been God’s House but had become a den of thieves whose “godfather” was Caiaphas. In other words, the Sanhedrin were crony capitalists who misused God and people. Why do crony capitalists like Soros and so many others support socialism? It is for the love of money.

  Socialism is profitable for some. Those who finance socialism have something to gain. Billionaires are surely not after more wealth but power. “The love of money” is the “love of things money can buy.” Money buys power, esteem, and prestige. All those things are against God because they elevate the person and diminish God. How better to diminish God than control others through some devious ideology? Socialism fits the bill on all accounts. Remember that socialism is the doctrine and communism the government. 

  The doctrine seems palatable (great fruit from the “Philosophy Tree”) but the government is death. The philosophy of Robert Owen, Karl Marx, et al is palatable but its operation is mortifying! Socialism kills people but before that, they kill God through His institutions and followers.

  The Sanhedrin was much like the Democrat controlled Congress; it seems to be for money and power.

  Next the trial with the Sanhedrin will be compared to the US Congress against the President.

[1] Although the Church was not built on the Roman Catholic Church, that is the mother church of Christianity. Excepting Coptic and Asian Christianity, the western Church descended from Roman Catholicism. However, lineage is of no doctrinal efficacy. The invisible catholic (universal) Church was built on the prophets and apostles with Jesus as the Cornerstone. The Christians are the “lively stones” that make up the pillars that support the Cross atop the Church. All the apostles are part of the Church’s foundation, and Peter’s internment beneath one church building seems to be God’s means of testing.

[2] Perhaps Simon who bore His cross did, and perhaps Joseph of Arimathea, but they were few. The mob made persecutors out of otherwise civil people. Mobs are there to excite, and excite they do.
