Science seeks proof of all things. So does Christianity — “If ye continue in My Word, then are ye my disciples indeed and ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free” (John 8:31-32). Therefore, both science and Christianity seek the revelation of the truth. Philosophers ask, “What is truth?” and Pilate asked that same question (John 18:38).
Truth is not majority opinion; it
is reality. There is one huge problem with science; it examines and/or tests
for things that can be either seen or measured. Thus, they have an inherent
biasness; they ignore the unseen. Scripture steps into the unknown; it is all
the “science.”
What was truth when Jesus died.
He became undone. His nature was revealed… not only his body but His soul.
Acting on behalf of Caesar, Pilate found no fault in Jesus (Luke 23:4). What had
Jesus claimed? To be God! Pilate found that believable, then Jesus revealed the
evidence by giving up the Ghost (Luke 23:4). Add to that evidence, is that the
cosmos went dark, and the Earth was shaken as Jesus revealed that He was indeed
God.
Even the centurion who pierced
the side of the dead man saw Jesus give up the Ghost. Jesus had undone,
or separated, the invisible from the visible to outperform the science. He
revealed that there was another realm with a different science, and His death
revealed the truth.
The purpose of that was to make people
free. They were free from the invisible barrier between the two realities. They
saw into the other realm and the coming out of Jesus was the door, or portal,
to the unseen world that theretofore they had all believed to be a fiction.
God Himself suffered death that
all might see the truth. It was worth it all to go beyond the science! When
Jesus died, He revealed the truth, but most of the world still deny reality;
that there is an unseen world.
Science generally seldom proves
anything. Of course, tangible things are reality. They are things that can
be sensed without measurement. In the “Allegory of the Cave,” Plato made a point;
prisoners chained inside a cave with a fire and light behind them saw only shadows
of actual objects. For them, shadows were reality but only a fragment of it. The
real forms were the objects that light passed through to provide the shadow.
Those in the cave believed the
shadows were reality but they were not seeing objective reality. Science does
the same thing. Testing of their hypotheses by operationalizing metrics to
determine significance is like looking at the shadows. They are looking at
fragments of reality but do not get the total picture. What if whatever cast
those shadows were manipulated like a shadow puppet show? The shadows they
would see would be fictitious.
Muslims manipulated reality of
the crucifixion. They failed to see the real Jesus, seeing only His Shadow —
the Phantom of the man. They are like the men in the cave who were chained such
that they only saw shadows.
Jesus set men free from the
shadows! He revealed both of His Substances, both the material and the
immaterial. He showed to the world that there is a reality that generally
cannot be seen. Science is still blind to that but are catching on as real
antimatter is being discovered even if in small quantities.
Newtonian physics requires that
the world must be in balance — for every force there must be an equal and
opposite force. In quantum mechanics, perhaps there must be an equal and
opposite field that balances. Perhaps there must be a cosmos and an anti-cosmos.
Jesus revealed that there is! His Holy Ghost was not of the supernatural nor
magic but another reality that science dares never to enter because there may
be no coming back!
Jesus set those people that were chained
to the walls free. They were essentially blind in a dark cavern to see what
those in the light of day could not see.
God turned off the lights before
Jesus gave up the ghost. With the lights off, all those who observed would have
seen the Holy Ghost of Jesus projected off the earth. They saw the fragment of
reality, and the Phantom of Jesus was revealed as objective reality. Thank you,
Jesus, for showing the Platonian student, Pilate, the truth by using Plato’s own
allegory!
Jesus revealed the truth. That
was the “science,” but mankind still fails to see the truth although eleven of
the twelve apostles died for that allegorical demonstration. It is terrible
that Muslims were not there to bear witness of the truth, and the only message that
they received was that the shadow of a man died when the lights were put
out!
Where was Yahweh (The
Father) at the crucifixion? He showed Himself as well. He was the Light (Called
“Adoil” by Enoch) that revealed the Ghost of Jesus in the darkness. Truly Jesus
became undone (called “Arkhas” by Enoch).
Jesus revealed the science,
but most reject His demonstration of objective reality that was as real as the
fragment. Is the Truth the shadow or the reality? In His allegory, both the Person
and the Shadow of God were real as the Light revealed. The shadow was the
evidence of the reality in Plato’s allegory, and so was the Ghost of Jesus that
the Man was real. Two “Persons” were on the Cross and the Shekinah Light from
God revealed that the immaterial man was as real as the material man. The fragment
was as real as the object.
God, in His wisdom, used Plato’s
Allegory to persuade the masses that Jesus was God in the flesh.
Jesus is the visible Person of
God, and the Holy Ghost, the invisible Person of Jesus. The Light reveals the
visible Person and darkness the invisible Person.
Saul saw the invisible Person of
Jesus when he was blinded and believed that the vision in his mind’s eye was
reality. God put Saul in a virtual “cave” and there he saw the fragment on the
wall of his mind. He was made free by what he saw in the darkness, and that
vision was believed to be reality. The point is that “The truth will make you
free; free indeed” (John 8:36). Jesus did that in deed! Saul was transformed.
His name, meaning “Questioning” became Paul — “humbled.” Pilate too was humbled.
He virtually took a knee to Jesus by saying that Jesus is Truth!
Jesus performed the allegory to Paul
and the other apostles. He used the Allegory of the Cave many times to prove
that He was God in deed and reality. He also did it with blind Bartimaeus
who saw Jesus, as he approached, as a Tree walking (Mark 8:24). His eyelids
were the cave wall, and with the Light of God shining toward him, the blurred
image was Jesus who looked like a tree. Indeed, Jesus is the “Tree of Life” and
in his “cave” Bartimaeus saw that and was made free from his blindness and
unbelief.
Plato sought only truth, and
multiple times, Jesus revealed the truth in a very Platonian manner.
The science is only about
visible or measurable things. Those that are visible are objective reality, and
those that are only measurable are only “shadows” that reveal that there are
unseen objects. Thus, scientific tests are the fragments that the Allegory of
the Cave reveal. If you have not got the message yet, Jesus used the science
to prove that He is God.
In the doctrine of Calvinism, man is totally depraved, and thusly are all evil.
However, man is seeking to survive with dependence on God, not because it is
deserved, but because of the supra-nature of God is graceful. Is grace
scientific? If you exist, and you do, that is the evidence of grace.
